Food here doesn't have the normal panda Express quality. Chowmein was dry, baejing beef was cold. Also, this place is a wreck. No one is keeping up on the cleaning, which is a disappointment. I may give it one more try, but my experience overall wasn't great at all. read more

Your employee's need to slow down! Each and everyone of them working at 5:30 on December 14th were acting erotic and trying to just get each person in line out the door weather it was the right order or not! We didn't get the sauce we requested multiple times or drinks? After telling her she had given us too many egg rolls she still charged and gave us the extra we didn't want.. just slow it down and listen to your customers. I like to give reviews both positive and negative. Businesses can't get better without feedback. In this case I'm not sure this business can get better at all. Completely unacceptable service. Had no vegetables ready when we ordered food and at the time there were no other people in line. Told us it would be just a minute for the vegetables. Receipt for payment was printed at 4:31 PM and at 5 PM we still had no vegetables. Asked to speak to the Manager, she came out and told us there was a mistake and that they would start the vegetables now. Food sat on the counter for 30 minutes. Employees were rushing around in a chaotic manner. Also one of our boxes of food was knocked off on the floor by an employee getting his own dinner. He picked it up dusted it off and set it back on the counter. This place is absolutely horrible and we will never visit again. read more

I love Panda Express but unfortunately the service at this location is very poor. It was midday and I was one of one two customers and they treated me as if I was bother to them. Sad to see because I love the food. I ate and promptly left while they joked and horsed around behind the counter. read more

this is the worst panda ever.... look at all the negative reviews and they all say the same thing. employees are rude because the main manager is rude and has created this environment of poor service, poor quality and down right piss poor business practices. it's comical to see the customer service reps for panda reply on here....hello!!! nothing is going to change until you get rid of this poor excuse for a manager and change the culture at this location. management is the biggest problem and its obvious by the mountain of negative reviews that the manager has no interest in correcting anything. should have been fired a long time ago....but i guess corporate panda does not care lol read more

Panda Express here in Idaho is not different than Panda Express in San Jose, California. Both are low end, quick, fast food chinese food with mediocre taste and portions. Most of the food does not have much in the way of "distinctiveness" and the staff behind the counter are "I don't want to be at work today" in their attitudes. The orange chicken is the best dish they serve, but they over charge and under portion consistently. If I am dying for Chinese, I will go here before ANY Chinese restaurant in Caldwell or Nampa. At least the restaurant is clean and looks like a cheap fast food joint. As it stands, I am not eating anymore Asian food in Caldwell or Nampa, as even the best "4 star buffet" was not worth or comparable to a "mom and pop" chinese restaurant back in San Jose, California that actually has an Asian Clientele. I love Panda Express this location not so much. I walked in at 9:30 they had no food on the line except for orange chicken and one or two dried out entrees. I asked for fried rice and then I asked for Beijing chicken and sweet and sour chicken which they were out of the young lady helping me just stared at me. She finally said our fryer is off for the night. No I am sorry no nothing. She just stood there; I was so frustrated I just walked out. Watched a worker cross-contaminate both the fried rice and the mein noodles with a dirty rag. Wiped the escaped remnants of rice, circling around the food within the giant bowls. Spoke with Micky, the manager, and she wasn't alarmed in the slightest. This woman touched the food repeatedly with the same dirty rag without first removing the food bowls. Unsafe food practices! I just had lunch at the Caldwell location and I feel like there was an attempt to up sell me or over charge me. I went in to order the wok fried shrimp, which is around $5.00 an order, posted on the website and at the Nampa location. I was told it would cost me close to $10.00 to order a medium size and ordering small was not an option. I did order the wok shrimp in a bowl size and it was $7.90. The person taking my order seemed bother that I ordered vegetables with my both instead of rice or noodles. I was made to feel like I was being cheap. I also felt ripped off when I left there. The most incompetent food establishment I have ever been too. I'll never buy food here again. Waited 43 minutes for our order and absolutely everything was spicy. Even the non spicy items I ordered for my little kids. Really .. the level of incompetence at this place is quite staggering. read more

Stay in your car and drive to the one at Garrity. They move along! Caldwell location is slow. Slower than slow. Slower than the slowest slow. After many attempts I have come to the conclusion that NO progress will be made to improve customer service. They obviously need a new manager or supervisor. Don't expect your online order to be ready on time or correctly filled. And when you ask about why service is slow, all you get are excuses. Not to mention that in the haste to get your food out 20 minutes late they undercook it. I will gladly drive 25 miles to another location to avoid this disaster. read more

What's the point of ordering online then you go to pick up your food and you wait for an hour while people who get there after you get served before you. My recommendation is to never order online and the employees had no clue on what to do and did not wear gloves at all. read more

ordered online and it said it would be ready in 40 minutes, we showed up and it wasn't ready for an additional 20 minutes and the manager was really rude. the portions were not adequate compared to every other time we ordered panda. the manager needs to work on her people skills. not to mention our order should have been ready when we got there, but others went in and ordered while we were waiting and still got their food before us. overall horrible experience. read more
