Showed up at 905pm said it closed at 10 went through the drive through and ordered chicken teriyaki and they said they didn't have anything ready, switched my option twice and still said they didn't have those ready. Told id wait 10minutes so I parked. I come to this location at least 2-3 times a week And it never fails every time I come there's always something wrong with my order. They claim they don't have it. They can't locate it. I placed my orders ahead of time on the mobile app I get there. I'm waiting for 20 minutes. Find out later my food was just sitting there while they were serving all these people behind me. The only good thing about this place was how nice the drive thru lady was. The food was terrible, cold and bland! I ordered a two entree plate with chow mein as a side, which was so bland! No flavor at all. Tons of uncooked onion, the noodles were chopped up, it was like they scraped the bottom of the container to give me the crap that was left. It was only 1pm, no customer should receive leftovers when there are fresh batches of chow mein in sight. The broccoli beef was all broccoli and like crumbles of beef. Came here Sunday at 8:40pm they were out of chow mein, and beijin beef which is what I wanted. Instead I got brocoli beef, and kung pao chicken which were non existent. I often go to this location and it has been hit or miss. Tonight my terrible experience was solely on the service not the food. Melanie is the rudest individual I've ever experience in customer service. She was extremely put off immediately by my order. I had ordered many things for my family and that included chow mein. At the time they were having to make some in which I agreed to wait for the food. I have done this many times before and it's never been an issue. Melanie def had an issue. After telling her I'd would wait for the noodles she asked if I could just switch my order to rice. No Melanie. I will wait. She then slammed the window in my face and came back two min later with my Oder including the noodles. This was extremely confusing bc her attitude and the issue was because "there wasn't any ready" . The whole thing made no sense. Her attitude regarding the matter was in extreme distaste. If she is mad where she is in life at the moment, or hates working with people then I'd suggest she finds a new path in life. She was the worst! Boy was I surprised whenever I begin eating what she ordered. It was hot and very well prepared. In fact it was amazing. You know Chinese. This food was outstanding! And this panda express still looked new but been open since 2014! There friendly and there service was outstanding. They scored a 98 on there food inspection! I ate at the Panda Express in Honolulu (Hawaii Kai location) and I was impressed with the cleanliness of the place and the food proved to taste as good as it looked. I had seen the new Panda Express in Baytown but, as my daughter said, "I often wonder who eats at those places!" The Baytown, TX location proved to be equally as clean and the food was freshly prepared, even at 3 in the afternoon. I like the Honey Sesame Chicken while my husband enjoys the Angus Steak. The fried rice has no eggs in it because of the shortage but isn't missed. I think Panda Express is good, fast food. read more

This has happened twice in the past several months. What is going on! I'm sorry but... "were not serving that today"- then don't advertise it.
