The starting line.

We were hesitant in getting food to go after reading the reviews. The reviews were correct and the food is not that good. The Orange Chicken was actually crunchy and lacked in flavor. The kung Pao Chicken was Kung Pao Squash with only 3 tiny minuscule pieces of chicken to be found and the Biejing Beef was tough and lacking in flavor. The inside of the restaurant was nice but the product was not. Staff were not that pleasant and service lacked. This is a 2 star restaurant. We will not return.

String bean? I think not.

I don't even know if I have had a perfect order yet...I asked for chopsticks and they were left off the order. I'm still hoping one day for that golden order. Still love the taste of the food.

Ordered a la carte large chow mein and got this s**t that looks like leftover dog food! How dare you serve this crap to your customer?! No wonder why the rating of this location is so low! Will never order from here again

We were in the mood for Chinese food, and since we received a BOGO offer in the mail we decided to head to Panda Express. As food is now only available for take-away, we did not use their dining room facility, but the interior looks very clean and inviting. Approaching the restaurant, we saw there was a line of people as they were adhering to social distancing of 6 feet between each party. The line moved relatively quickly as we made our way to the ordering station, which had a container of hand sanitizer available prior to ordering. All employees were wearing face coverings, and were very friendly. We selected their bowls of Honey Walnut Shrimp with white rice, and Kung Pao Chicken with fried rice. The Honey Walnut Shrimp was good tasting with a honey sauce coating and good-size firm tempura-battered shrimp. There were only a few glazed walnuts, which was disappointing. Our selection of Kung Pao Chicken is a Szechwan-inspired dish with chicken, peanuts and vegetables, finished with chili peppers. It was a very spicy dish with a good amount of zucchini and tomatoes, as well as a generous supply of chicken. The fried rice was fresh, plump & filled with peas, carrots, green onions & egg. We finished off with fortune cookies as our guilt-free "dessert". Their offerings of cuisine were what one would expect to receive from an American Chinese fast-food chain restaurant. Overall experience: not bad, just ok, but would recommend for a quick meal.

They messed up on our order and gave me 5 pieces of orange chicken on my 2 entree plate. Bad customer service.

Absolutely the worst and slowest service imaginable. The manager should be fired. Soooo slow.

This restaurant is a manifestation of everything I love about Chinese restaurants. If it were in…read morethe bayarea, it would have been my monthly haunt. *Ambiance : is not spectacular, it's well maintained and clean though. They have a lot of plastic and plush toys behind the counter and some shockingly pink artificial orchids on each table top. *Food: this is where I went weak in my knees after sampling the spread in front of me. Such simple yet mind bogglingly delicious food! If it were not for the large amount of grease across the dishes, I would have rated this as my favorite Chinese restaurant in the bayarea. We got chicken fried rice, chicken chow mein, Mongolian chicken and chicken with green beans. Fried rice was moist and umami rich. The noodles had a thick delicious sauce coating them. The green beans were addictively crunchy. The chicken was soft and flavorful. I reached my happy place after this meal.

The flavors were solid especially with the sides in the dinner plate meal. This place offers variety of both traditional and western style Chinese food for the familiar comfort of Chinese cuisine no matter your experience with it. From image: The wonton soup itself was an absolute behemoth packed with enough food for two.
