It's an unfortunately typical Taco Bell experience every time. Over the past 3yrs or so I'd say there's something wrong/missing from my order 9/10x to the point I take it as a matter of course. Food will be almost slightly warm, provided you eat it within 2-3mins. I've tried eating in to see if that changed accuracy but no luck. But you do get that other traditional Taco Bell feature: the lingering stank of the always-mildewed mop heads they use (to be fair they are a huge pain to keep clean and dry and it just takes that one jerk employee leaving it wet and dirty...but still). Better to just sweep and spot mop than slather all the floors in stank. Aside from the lukewarm meat, constant errors, olfactory deterrence... oh yeah, they pull this move sometimes: you order online to pick up in-store and they'll mess up and think it's for pick up in the drive-thru so they hide the bag up by the steamers where you can't even see it. It's not unusual for orders to take a long time so at first you wait. Then try to ask someone. Good luck. Apparently the self ordering kiosks make employees even less likely to look at/acknowledge the customers so getting an employee to even make eye contact can be quite challenging. I was down in LA years ago and went to this random Taco Bell and it was surreal: the store was clean, didn't actively smell bad (sorta smelled like food actually), and the miracle of all miracles the food was hot. After another decade in SLO county I've yet to come close to repeating the experience. Point being good Taco Bell can be done. But it apparently requires some big confluence of planets and physics that's beyond my ability to grasp. They could at least remember the tomatoes occasionally. Once or twice, just to mix things up. Eating here is just a bummer. Best case scenario they don't mess up your semi-warm food and the store hasn't been mopped recently and you eat and get sorta full in that trademark unsatisfying sort of way. But only if you're lucky, and pay the 15-20 bucks fast food somehow costs now. Sometimes just not eating gets serious consideration. It's fast food, and not particularly Mexican, but we got what we ordered. Unfortunately, this location has gone to self-serve ordering with the touch screen, which doesn't make sense because you still have to go to the cash register to pay if you have folding money. And the touch-screen isn't intuitive, so you waste more time trying to figure out where the items you want to order are located than if a trained employee was paid to take the order. It didn't help that there were employees standing behind the counter while the line waited for service for a few minutes. One finally barked, "Order at the screen!" We muddled through. If we're only paying for middlin' food, and there's no service at all - no one taking order, no one serving to table, no one cleaning up tables - then we might as well just head on over to the grocery store and make it ourselves, or down the street to any number of quality taco stands that want our money and show it through quality and service. read more

I suppose that is a badge of honor for them, so kudos on that. Until management reviews staff integrity I would avoid this location at all costs. Stopped by here with my wife this late afternoon, to cash in a reward via the Taco Bell app and it was honored and redeemed in person. By a very helpful manager named Lily whom I do appreciate very much. My wife and I ordered the Doritos Locos Tacos Supreme and two medium drinks, service was great and so was the ambiance due to the makeover years ago. Will be coming back here again. Prices are not their fault, it is due to the continuous inflation, for now before prices go down very soon. When redeeming rewards on the app try as many times as possible. The taco Bell I could use some corrections on the error messages that occasionally happen. read more

Yes, we made a special trip to Taco Bell to cap off the night with the return of the Mexican Pizza! We received the standard Taco Bell fare, though some of the things we ordered had less of some ingredients (like other reviews have said). The girl who took our order could not have sounded less enthused; she seriously sounded like we were putting her out by showing up during her shift to order something. I mean, I don't expect the same friendliness that one might get at In n Out, but, fake it, girl! They did do a pretty good job at giving us enough sauces, so I'm happy about that. read more

My morning breakfast . Reasonable and time saving with no dishes . The Crispy Beef Melt was awesome!!! They fry their own shells which the regular taco shells should be, they were in the 70's and 80's. No nacho sauce substituted extra cheese no charge. The value menu Cheese Bean Rice Burrito, not a fan of the chipotle sauce so I substitute for red sauce. There is a charge this time of 10 cents. I had said substitute. Last time no charge. This has been going on for years. Some employees will, some won't. Go figure. All in all I always walk in. Faster than drive thru, check my order and pickup sauces and napkins. Will not automatically give you in drive thru, must ask now. Picked up my own when inside. Always my favorite fast food for decades. It's my HAPPY place. read more

What a joke. Waited 10 minutes just for a person to come up and take my order while there laughing and messing around like it's a highschool classroom. Someone finally come and takes my order for a order of churros. One item. Proceed to make tons of other orders. I wait about 7 minutes and then ask if I could get my order it's just one item. They look at each other confused and say they don't even have any. They would have to make them it would take at least another 5 minutes. I got a refund and left. 15 minutes at least to get told they don't even have it. Manager Alexis did nothing to make me feel better. It's more like a highschool hang out and not a work place. It's been quite a while since I've eaten at Taco Bell. While driving home from my run, I thought, "Hey, it's Taco Tuesday! Why not celebrate by picking up a few tacos for a snack.". Since restaurants at this time are only able to offer takeaway orders, I pulled into the drive-thru lane to fulfill the vision of dancing tacos in my head. The person on the speaker was friendly & upbeat. She took the order promptly, and verified it was correctly displayed on the screen. As I approached the drive-up window, it was nice to see three employees inside were wearing masks and donning gloves. For payment, they extended the credit card reader out their window into the car. The food was then delivered in a sealed paper bag on a serving tray. Thus, the transaction was completely contactless. read more

I've noticed a pattern of fraud here. You order something in the app and they don't have the ingredients, so they give you a cheap substitute. I paid $3.29 each for some cheesy chalupa thing, but this venue didn't have the ingredients. Did they contact me? No. They substituted a $0.99 value item (crunchy taco) and kept the difference. Outstanding service by the employee who took our order at the drive up stand today. She's the one who has braces on her teeth. She gave us the idea that she wanted us to be happy with our lunch and suggested that the "meal" would save us money. My wife was worried that we were taking too long ordering and holding things up but the employee reassured us that everything was fine. The amount requested upon picking up my order I was not given a large drink, I asked the person giving me my food item where was the drink he told me that would cost extra. I advised him that was contrary to their sign that says large drink included not once but twice as you're going through the drive-thru. I am so sad I'm having to do this. I had to drop my star rating because of inconsistency issues over the past few months. I am, for lack of a better word addicted to AM Crunch Wraps. The sausage, egg and cheese on a hashbrown wrapped in a warm tortilla! But I keep getting messed up ones. No egg, minuscule amounts of chopped up sausages, no cheese.. Annd it happened again today! I used to love coming here because I used to see this young man working there I believe his name was Robert he was so helpful and respectful. When I found out that he was no longer working there I stop going. This older lady there I guess she a short Mexican lady and I want to say she might be the GM there. When I used to go there when the young man was working there she used to be really disrespectful to him she would yell at him and used bad words to him and she would talk like that to all her employees. She will call them stupid an idiot your FN stupid get a life. She really talked down to them I really don't know if they have a corporate number or not I'm an old lady and I really don't know how to look up stuff that much. I do miss the food there super great food. They lost my business after he got fired because he was being picked on. I overheard the GM talking to her employees one day and she was telling them to be rude to him so he can quit. That's not a great manager at all. Sent the husband to pick up dinner and he said he's stained at the menu over the counter for 3 minutes looking for the new burrito and no one greeted him of say welcome or hi. Just walked buy him. No customers in dining room. He had to call me on the phone to ask me about the burrito on the touch screens orders. Still he been passed buy by employees and no great or smiles. Waited 15 minutes called his name put bag on counter and still no thank you or have a nice day! He got home and the order was not ok but not like they were advertised. No flavor no souse and they forgot the salsa packets! This small Taco Bell was always our go too together and loved it but now with this touch screen new tech it's now a trashy place to get a nasty fast food from a lunch line and school! I eat there every almost every day. I am tired of being told that I have to use the self serve kiosk. I like the way it's been until the last two months. It's sad that the ownership is forcing the employees to push customers, even when told that, "No" I don't want to use the kiosk. I worked at a Taco Bell in Southern CA years and years ago... It was my very first job when I was 16 & I remember listening to those training videos (a very cutting edge way to train you back in those days, when Taco Bell was really serious about customer service.) Now my husband's friend jokes around when he drives thru TACO BELL Drive thru... and they ask him for his order; he says "Whatever you want to throw in the bag." His theory: they get it wrong about half the time. So why not let them choose? Had to write about my last experience at this particular store, (Anyone else NOT "get" the parking lot situation? WHO designed this one???? I bet there have been a few accidents here! Anyway.... The kid at the window was very nice and the burrito he gave me was correct, or at least the item was. So he earned the extra star for this location. But... My question is why was there only about 3 tiny pieces of onion and no sour cream in a burrito that clearly lists sour cream as one of their ingredients? And not the first time this has happened! Soo tired of it. Seriously... Dust off the videos and give the tests again. These kids have to learn HOW to get an order right! First, get the order right! And then repeat what's in the bag as you hand it to the customer and really look! Don't just reread the order check and repeat what you see. Not rocket science. read more
