We met some family for dinner at this location. It was unclear when we arrived if it was still the Bulls Head Grille or if it was Pancho's. Obviously, when we arrived, it was clear that the Bulls Head Grille was gone and Pancho's had taken over the space. We had a reservation and were seated upon arrival even though our entire group had not arrived yet. They were not very busy, so we assumed it was ok. We sat in a booth in the bar area where we could see TVs over the bartop seating and bar service area. We snacked on fresh chips and salsa and got our drinks while waiting for the rest of our group. The waiter was very friendly and checked back with us regularly to make sure we were ok while waiting. When we were ordering, I asked the waiter how big the shrimp tacos were so I could decide on how many to order since they came ala carte. He said they were bigger than the street tacos so I decided on just two tacos. When they arrived as delivered by a runner rather than the waiter, I received two street taco-sized shrimp tacos with tiny grilled shrimp and nothing else. Each taco had two corn tortillas and a lime slice on the side. The menu didn't say what they were supposed to come with, but typically you get pico de gallo, cabbage, or something to dress the tacos. Since I didn't ask enough questions, I figured it was my fault I didn't get much food. After I finished my two tacos, the waiter brought over a third taco dressed with pico de gallo and another lime. He apologized to me saying he thought the tacos were bigger and felt bad that I didn't get much food. He was very friendly and made sure we all had drink refills. When the bill came, he did not charge us for my third taco. I would say that the shrimp taco with the pico was much better than without. Based on the service I would say that If I'm in the area again, I would give Pancho's another try. read more

I cannot believe how tasty the food was!!! I got the fajitas and my husband got a burrito. We got a great amount of food for the money. Our waitress was very attentive. Our food came out fast and was so fresh. Loved the music and the atmosphere. It was a great place for my husband to go on a dinner date. The booths on the south end have more room and I'm glad we were there and not the skinny booths by the bar. Edit: Found this produce sticker in my fajitas leftovers when I was eating them just now. I really hope this was just an honest mistake and that they do was the produce before using it. I had five stars but took one star off because of it. read more

The salsa was fantastic. A little bit of heat. First time having a birra taco, and it was great. Fajitas were ok, think I would order a full shrimp one the next time. Bean and cheese burrito was covered in sauce, which I wasn't expecting. Beans were good. read more

This was a great restaurant. We stopped in today with friends, our first time since the new ownership. Birria is nowhere near the quality. They also don't have a liquor license anymore. They were out of pork so no chile verde. The worst part of the experience, however, was the filthy restroom. There were 2 customers, including us, on a Saturday at lunch. Sad to see a restaurant that was really great go downhill after changing owners. read more

I am not big with Mexican food, but I am sure food here is great since my friends who like Mexican food love this place. But I struggle from their menu, which has no English description. It could be granted that whoever loves Mexican food may already know the names, but there are people who is not familiar with the language, food, and even worse, may have certain food allergy. It will be helpful if the place could print an English menu with descriptions of the basic ingredients. read more

The staff here is mediocre and so is the food. Nothing special about this place to mention. The restaurant was empty when I got there and somehow the service was incredibly slow. The enchiladas verdes were average and so was the burrito. No free chips and salsa, it's considered an appetizer which I found annoying. One thing nice about Pancho's is their outside dining. read more

We went to Pancho tonight. We asked the waiter what was going on with the ownership? He said Tacos El Roberts is taking the place over and it is waiting on licensing changes. We stated to order with chips and salsa and we were told they did not have any salsa. How does a Mexican restaurant not have salsa? We asked why and he said they did not make any, Really? We asked why and he said he didn't know and it wasn't his job to find out. The manager, Chewy, came in and we asked him if he brought the salsa with him, under his breath he mumbled, they haven't made any yet. He never got off of his chair to find out why and he never came over and said anything to us. I am guessing that the new owners restaurant on Main Street has salsa!! I am thinking as a worker at this restaurant I would of found some salsa somewhere, or at least acted like I cared. So disappointing. The birra was good but the experience made the whole meal taste bad. I hope that this changes in the future. read more

The food tasted good BUT in the middle of our meal we (my sister and I) had to go to the restroom. The restroom was ABSOLUTELY FILTHY!!! Toikets were disgusting!! The floors were horrible!! The sinks outside of the restroom and the floors around the sink were absolutely filthy!!! We couldn't even finish our meals!!! If you allow your restroom to be absolutely deplorable then WHAT DOES THE KITCHEN LOOK LIKE??? I did complain to the waitress and she used the excuse that there was no busser on duty! We were the only customers in the place except for one guy at the bar and the waitress just went right back and started talking and flirting with him! she could have cleaned it up!!! sERIOUSLY the toilets had not been touched for weeks!!! feces all over them!!! I will NEVER COME TO THIS RESTAURANT AGAIN!! I'll probably get sick from eating this food!!! PLAIN FILTH!! The board of health should close you down!!! read more

10/10 for the service! But the food.. (with the exception of the artichoke dip), was not that impressive. Like at all. Specifically, the steak Fajitas. It was waaaaay too salty. And frankly a bit of a let down for the price. The ratio steak to onions and green peppers was 85% onions 10% green peppers, and 5% "sprinkles"of the steak. Not sure if we'll be back again, service was awesome tho. read more

The Pancho's Plate is fantastic! I believe this is one of the best, if not the best, Mexican restaurant in Logan. This plate is definitely big enough for two people to share. read more

I really enjoyed this place. I got the #6 Pancho's Plate and it was delicious. Tons of flavor. Lots of meat. Someone in your party should get this because I think it provides a more unique flavor experience that other Mexican places in the valley. Good service and a nice atmosphere. read more
