I ordered #5 from the lunch specials menu, which listed: salad, 3 pieces of sushi (tuna, salmon, and white fish), 4 pieces of California roll, pot stickers, and dessert. Since I'm deaf, communication can sometimes be challenging. When I got home and checked the bag, the salad and dessert were missing. I later sent my hearing partner back to the restaurant to ask about the missing items, but they still refused to provide them and said those items were only for dine-in. I wish the menu had clearly stated that the salad and dessert were dine-in only. It wasn't mentioned when I ordered. I paid $14.99 expecting the full lunch special, so it felt unfair and confusing. Clear communication on the menu would really help customers in the future. PS, I even tipped $3 in bowl on the front desk.
