The Cinnabon mini rolls also had no icing whatsoever. We took pictures and didn't end up consuming them. When we called the store to clarify she said that she would have to check the cameras and will call us back. A moment later she called back and said she checked the cameras and it's fine. We told her that we haven't eaten it yet and can bring it back to the store to prove that the pizza crust was wrong and that the Cinnabon rolls had no icing. She immediately started to yell and swear at us over the phone and said we will block your number and you can never order pizza here again and hung up. There was no offer to fix the wrong food solution. There was no apology. There was no attempt at any customer service. Our money was wasted on food that the family will not eat.
