What an incredibly disrespectful exchange I had with the shop. First they called to see if the house had a gated community. All you have to do is google the address and a picture comes up; it's a stand alone house. Then they called again asking if they can leave the flowers at the door. I called back to see what the problem was, and this is what I get: "oh thank you for responding so quickly! We called you half an hour ago. You need to respond right away when we call." The tone was condescending. The comment was rude. I don't owe them anything. I am a customer. Do your job! I do not sit and do nothing all day waiting for them to call me. You have one job, customer service is what keeps businesses alive, but clearly this man is so busy he does not need new customers. If you use this shop make sure to sit by the phone just in case they need you or you will be profusely disrespected. He was asserting control and aggressions at me due to possible lack of control in his personal life. But you need to leave personal affairs dormant when you are at work. I am so glad I did not leave my friend's number for them to contact, because she was ill and these flowers were to brighten her day. If they would have called her and talked to her like that, it would have been awful. These were 'Get well soon' flowers!! He thought he was talking to the recipient, which is even worse, cause he would have been rude to the lady who just had a surgery. Very disappointing and disturbing! Never will I do business with them again! Also, the floral arrangement I chose was in a different vase. They gave a cheap vase instead of the one in the picture. Again disappointing!! read more

What a special and uplifting experience I had as a recipient of Panache Flowers! There were also chocolates and a teddy bear included. I want to send a huge thanks to Michael, the patient delivery professional who worked hard to get those flowers into my hands on Friday, 1/28. He was just the most positive, bright light in my day and I wanted to recognize the care with which he handled the flowers, the sincerity when he spoke to me, and his professional approach during the whole interaction. Michael didn't let any hurdles stop him: I was not expecting the delivery; our address is always misrepresented on maps; the sender didn't know our gate code; and I declined Michael's first call as I was unfamiliar with the phone number... But Michael went above and beyond out of the goodness of his heart - he said he didn't want the flowers to overturn or the gifts to be stolen, and that he was willing to wait for me anywhere by the complex I instructed. He even offered a convenient hidden spot by my garage where he could leave the items if I couldn't come out. He was extremely professional, cheery, and accommodating the whole time, even though it was early AM and he had to deal with all the inconveniences of reaching me. When I finally came out, I could hear his smile in his voice and saw his eyes were beaming in joy, as if he was genuinely celebrating with me in my happiness to get the flower surprise. I would be willing to vouch that anyone getting flowers delivered by Michael, regardless of the occasion, would be treated with professionalism, courtesy, and kindness. As you can see in the photos, the flowers were stunning! This beautiful arrangement had such high-quality roses that 5 days later, I still have a bunch of them standing fresh despite me blasting the heater on in the room the whole time. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I ordered a bouquet and it was the largest they had for that arrangement. It was for my mother's birthday, $100 dollars worth and what I got was anything but that! The balloon was deflated, 6 roses (not the correct colors) when I should of had at least 18! They put 2 lilies and called it a day. Last time we ordered flowers they wanted to deliver the day we placed the order because it was easy for them. I had to tell them not to because there is a reason why we set a delivery date and time. They are closed to us so the delivery was pretty easy for them for what they told me. Last week I ordered flowers for Mother's Day and decided on setting up the delivery one day earlier to avoid the messiness of Sunday, and the arrangement never got delivered. When we called to inquire about it, we did not get someone on the phone until Sunday, my friend got the nastiest response from whoever answers the phone saying they had over 700 orders and then hung up on us. I called to inquire about a refund on Monday and did not get an answer because the person in charge was not in but they could deliver the flowers then (what for? It's already late) I called the following day and the person who answered was extremely rude and kept on talking over me as I tried to explain the issue. He was also talking to someone else at the same time and was being rude as well. I had to tell him to stop and let me talk. The charge is still pending on my account as he assured I never got charge for the flowers. Also he said they can't do anything because they just make the flowers nothing else. They are doing nothing to help so I will need to call the bank once the charge is posted. Stay away from them if you want to save yourself a headache. Good customer service is non existent and the arrangements are overpriced. You can get better quality of flowers somewhere else. read more

Every once in a while you run into a business that still has a soul. A friend of mine found himself in the Intensive Care Unit due to a worsening condition of his health. Since I am in NY I could not visit him personally and wanted to cheer his spirits up with nice flowers. I began looking for flower shops in the neighborhood of the hospital and found Panache. Sam not only took my order and delivered magnificent flowers. He also personally called the ICU in the hospital and took extra care to make sure that the flowers delivered to my friend (hospitals usually don't like flowers in ICUs). A few days later the family arrived to my friend's room and being out-of-state they had no local contacts. They saw my flowers and gave a call to the flower store and got to Sam. Panache delivered flowers to my doorstep. They looked like they'd already been around a couple days when I received them, still pretty but tired looking from the get go. I called to see if they might consider sending fresh ones. As it turns out, they explained to me that they do fulfillment for various online flower companies - and it's difficult to make customers happy with the cheap price of the orders. Well, first - why tell me this? I'm a future customer and a presently unhappy one, and secondly, if you can't say something nice about the online companies you fulfill for, don't work with them. The attitude was kind of shocking - they told me they do all kinds of Hollywood parties, galas, and that this online business is so hard to make any money. Why do I need to know any of this? To first impress me with your book of business only to deliver sad looking flowers to me? The person sending the flowers to me wanted me to receive a pretty arrangement and would have expected them to be fresh. That is not asking too much. And, the man kept calling me his little darling and used other terms of endearment when speaking with me. The whole experience was completely off-putting. I gave them 1 star rather than two, because the man (I believe his name is Sam) said he'd redeliver something in a day or two, but he never did! Great service...NOT. read more

My Mother who is disabled and lives in another state sent me a "fruit/gift" basket. The items in the basket were 99 cent store items. The basket was all packing taped together. It looked very cheaply put together & made. I don't dare tell my Mom, who also happens to be on a fixed income & I can't imagine how much they charged her for this. The note that was taped to the basket was not even professionally typed out. They separated the word "can't" on 2 lines presentation is everything & this didn't cut it. I took a picture of the 10-15 grapes they included in this "fruit" basket it's next to a Pringles lid so you can see the abundance of fruit that was included. They clearly rated the wrong floral shop because I have used Sam religiously for every single client I've sent flowers to, every friend, parents, etc. for SEVENTEEN YEARS and every single arrangement that he's ever done has been nothing short of perfection. I've posted several pics of the arrangements he's done. There's one thing that I always hear when I send flowers from panache and it's, "these are the prettiest flowers I've ever seen!" And, his flowers last for weeks sometimes, depending on how much you add water and the temperature in the room that they are in. I just recently received flowers from panache from my best friend for my birthday and they could not be any more jaw droppingly gorgeous! They are almost a week old and still look amazing and the smell is intoxicating! I text Sam my order and within minutes, he responds and takes care of it. I tell him the price I want to pay and leave the art to him. He never disappoints. He reminds me annually of my friends bdays! And, he will text me to ask me if I want to send Mother's Day flowers this year, like I did last year. I say yes, he creates, and the next thing I know, mom and sis are in (happy) tears because they got another drop dead gorgeous arrangement of flowers from Sam! Sam keeps everything on file. So, for a busy professional, Sam is THE BEST FLORAL ARTIST there is. He's not just a florist, but a PR Consultant as well, with a touch of Marketing! That should have been the 1st sign that the arrangements on his website we're not his designs. BOTH arrangements delivered we're STARKLY different and CHEAPER THAN those on the site. When I called and complained, Sam agreed to send an additional arrangement for "free". (It was not actually free if you consider the excessive price previously paid for the prior 2 cheap bouquets!) Sam did keep his word and sent an additional bouquet which, at first glance, seemed to rectify the orignal BAIT AND SWITCH order. However, two days later, the bouquet was a wilted mess!! CHEAP!
