My therapist was very professional and informative. I'd told her after most massages I'm sore and tense. She suggested drinking more water and it worked. I'm not a massage snob so I'm really uneducated when it comes to them but the therapist that day (Maybe Melanie) was very informative. I didn't receive the aromatherapy though. Oh well, this was still a pretty darn good experience.

My first session with her, I was pregnant, and with my most recent session, I've been dealing with multiple symptoms from stress, thyroid issues, and just fatigue from motherhood and work in general. She has not only been versatile in her practice according to my body's needs, but she is attentive with problem areas and addresses exactly what we've needed each time, even with suggestions on things to work on following our sessions! Even with the pandemic over the last couple of years, I've felt completely safe and comfortable in her studio, allowing me to fully relax and trust her to work on my problem areas. Recently I have had a lot of circulation issues with my limbs while sleeping. For the first time in months after our session, I was able to get a full night's sleep without waking up with numbness in my arms and the cramps I've been experiencing have also diminished greatly. Her Thai mat sessions are intense but so satisfying, and she is the only person we recommend to our friends and family! We look forward to booking her each time we are able to and I highly recommend the Thai mat sessions!

I plan to go to Kristen every three weeks (like clock-work) to ensure my body is in top-top shape and firing as it should! Thanks again, Kristen! You're the best!!!

After having shoulder replacement surgery 5 months ago, I needed someone who could really loosen up…read morethe tightness in my shoulder. Physical therapy wasn't enough. Most massage techniques are more for relaxation or lessening knots in your back or whatever, but I required serious deep tissues massage to break up whatever was keeping my shoulder tight. Lucinda understood my situation and got right in there. When she was done, I felt like my shoulder was looser and my neck had much less pain. Don't get me wrong, besides my shoulder area, the rest of the massage was relaxing. She can provide any kind of pressure you feel comfortable with, but few massage therapists are educated and strong enough to do true deep tissues massage therapy like Lucinda !
