This was so much more than a massage, but a true physical therapy session. My therapist used techniques I've only seen once before by another physical therapist that all but saved my life. This is actual treatment, and I will be back for more. On top of it all, we had some great conversation during the entire time. read more

Looking for a firm massage? Then look no further because Matthew is the masseuse for you! I came here because of a Groupon deal to celebrate my birthday. It's probably been a few years since I had a massage, and I have a lot of tight areas - back, hamstrings, quads and calves. I knees firm massage would probably work these the best. I felt the pressure, but I also felt these areas loosening up! It's fair to say you'll be sore the next day, and it's definitely a beneficial type of sore. You can easily book an appointment online and they will text you updates, if you'd like. They also called me to let me know that the masseuse I booked tends to be a firmer pressure type of guy and they wanted to make sure it was a good fit for me. The front desk team is pleasant, and the entire studio is dimly lit to provide you with the relaxation vibes you're looking for. They also offer membership options for those who could use more frequent massages in their lives! read more

Woodrow has been my stretch-masseuse for about a year now. He is the BEST!! He always listens for any specific issues I may be experiencing and manages to work them all out! He is a fantastic and instrumental member of the EMS team! read more

Google told me the massage place was on the left of the H-E-B when in the parking lot but in fact it's on the right (where all the small shops are). It's a small but clean place. Prices are a little in the higher end but they offer many services. read more

My masseuse, Cricket, showed me something new! The guasha. I feel rejuvenated today. I also learned it's not just about massaging the muscles, but also taking care of the fascia. EveryBODY should try this. It's amazing. read more

Ems massage exceeds expectations with there quiet, calm alluring atmosphere. I had the privilege of a massage by "Ms K." During the massage "Ms K" had the deepest, strongest hands. Adding mint oil; i was in bliss. I entered ems with quite low expectations for massage specialists as most are unable to retain the pressure needed for myself. However not only did "Ms K" retain incredible strength, she did so with an injury. Ems exceeds expectations with there calm, quiet atmosphere; and exceptional staff. Even offering mint oil at there expense. I WILL return and so should you. -SS read more

Visited for the first time yesterday and was underwhelmed. The office itself was fine, the rooms are nothing special. I agree with another reviewer when they say, why fill out an intake form if it will be ignored? I asked for a deep tissue massage with the highest amount of pressure and what I got was far from that. She used an actual electric massager for a lot of the time- I could have done that at home! She spent more time pressing and poking than massaging and when she did it was with her fingertips and sooo light. Never once did she ask me how the pressure was. I felt exactly the same when I left- grateful I used a Groupon because I basically paid 40 dollars to lightly nap on a table. I also definitely got maybe 45 minutes of massage time when you take away getting changed and tje verbal consultation. I know experiences are very specific to the masseuse- I had Jacqui- but it was enough I don't think I'll be returning. read more

Well I was given a gift card for EMS, that's what began my love for my girl Jacqui and EMS in general. No aches, no pain really, just want a relaxing massage. Haven't had one in over 15 years, all I wanted to do was relax. They do offer oh so many different kinds of massages and I bet Jacqui is great at any and all of them. I want to challenge her but I just really enjoy my one hour or hour and half to just RELAX. The front office girls are so special as well, easy to talk to and super helpful. read more

Kayla is absolutely amazing! Magical hands! I loved that she kept checking in on the pressure throughout my 90 minutes. I can't wait to get another massage by her! read more

I took a chance and bought a two-pack of 90 minute massages with a friend. The ambience was pleasant and professional. Things seemed clean and orderly. Customer service was friendly. Docking two stars for my masseuse, Matthew, since he spent way too much time doing what felt like a lot of nothing. The 90 minute "massage" could have been done in 60 minutes. Next time I will be asking for another therapist. My friend had Marilyn, who was amazing. Hence the mixed review. read more

I was told to arrive early to be sure to get my full 90 minutes. I arrived 20 minutes early but was not called back until several minutes after my scheduled appointment. In addition to losing a few minutes at the start, just as Megan got to my neck (which is where I stated was one of the areas that needed the most attention) she barely began to massage that area when she said time was up. When she left the room I immediately looked at the clock which showed she ended 4 minutes early. That 4 additional minutes spent on my neck could have made a huge difference. A 90 mint massage is 90 minutes! read more

Amazing! I bought a few Groupons to find my go-to massage spot and unfortunately hadn't gotten around to trying here. EMS gives my place a run for their money. Michelle is amazing. My first visit went so well that I opted for 90 minutes instead of 60. I have poor posture (definitely wish I had listened to my Aunties) so back/neck/shoulder tension is a real and regular occurrence. Michelle's medium pressure is heavenly and left my back feeling amazing for days to follow. So much so, I follow-up in two weeks to visit again. Shush don't tell anyone, but I am probably going to be more frequent here because the scheduling is so easy and convenient. Thank you for having online booking. read more

If I could give Kayla a million stars I would! Facility is clean, filled out a questionnaire and was brought back pretty quick. Kayla was very professional and asked about areas to focus on. She actually listed and spent the majority of my 90 min in the areas I needed. Her magic hands found every knot and provided the perfect amount of pressure. They also have a monthly membership available if you have the time to go at least once a month. read more

First time trying this place and it was a great experience. Elizabeth was awesome! She worked on my problem areas and explained what she was doing. She gave me tips to take outside of the session. Check out was easy and everyone was friendly. And they got me in with just a couples days notice which I really appreciated. When you need a massage, you need a massage! Check this place out. Totally worth the drive north. read more

My aunt recommended EMS to me and gave me some gift cards to use for 90 minute massages. I am currently pregnant and got a prenatal massage from Amy. Amy was WONDERFUL! She was kind, considerate and accommodating. We talked about what brought me in, what my problem areas were and made sure I had no issues laying down comfortably and safely with my baby. I was set up with her in a dimmed room with soothing music after filling out some paperwork. Amy matched my tone of conversation as well, we would chat when I first came in and as I got more relaxed she would only ask questions here and there to make sure I was still comfortable and what she was doing was working. I would absolutely come back and see Amy again. read more

Bob was amazing! I've had massages before but this was by far the best. Bob was so very kind, skilled, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable. I came for deep muscle knots in my neck and shoulders which were compressing nerves and causing pain in many areas. He knew exactly what to do. I can see why Bob is in high demand from the reviews I had prior to making my appt. The ladies upfront were the sweetest and we joked for a lil bit. I had a great experience and will be back soon. Thank you again! read more

I still shudder when I think about how bad this massage was. I agree completely with Stephani B's review. We had the same masseuse (Jacqui) and the same utterly underwhelming experience. The office did warn me by text ahead of time that Jacqui only uses light pressure, and was that okay? I said it was (I didn't have other options since I was booking last minute and she was the only one available--now I see why). So I can't complain too much about that, but I also didn't realize her "light pressure" would be mostly just poking and prodding and using a tool which must have been a massage gun. I truly cannot believe she's gotten away with using a massage gun instead of actual massage techniques with her fingers for years now. Why is she still on staff? On top of all that, the room was chilly and the table wasn't turned on so I was freezing the whole time. I couldn't wait for it to be over, and that's not what a massage is supposed to be! read more

Great staff and facilities. The front staff is very nice & Bob is excellent! Highly recommend them!

Elizabeth was amazing and gave me the best massage I have had in many years. The atmosphere was relaxing, clean, comfortable, and the staff was wonderful. I try to go at least once a year, and the masseuse I book is phenomenal every time. You can't beat their Groupon deals, either. Baby listen! Kayla...call now...request her!! Now!!! We did a 90-mins deep massage & light stretch & I feel Ah-mazing!! Ok the salon is beautiful. The receptionist was exceptionally kind. But Kayla's service is above top notch. She took her time on every area of my body...from head to toe. Her pressure was perfect & she maneuvered between each area flawlessly. If I was not moving away, I'd book Kayla every two weeks indefinitely! I've gotten massages for years however this was hands down the best massage I've ever gotten. read more
