Pamper Ur Pets had everything for my little bunny boy. I needed to buy hay ASAP as the brand I usually get has had some major quality issues and my boy needed to eat, so I visited and left with a perfect bag from another trusted brand. Overall, AMAZING selection, wonderful support offered from the owner, and fantastic location! I'd highly recommend checking them out if and when you're in the area. Found myself out of cat food (chewy order delayed) and took a gamble on this place. Super friendly staff, and they had exactly the specialty food I needed. The staff also gladly dug around in the back to get a selection of flavors of canned food, too. Was a quick trip but you can tell these guys really care. Great spot. read more

The staff is SUPER friendly and ready to help. They actually take the time out of their day to have a conversation with you and assist you. I love this pet store! I'm not sure if he is the owner, but the man who helped me was so nice and knowledgeable. After going to my vet and having to do a complete change of diet for my pup, he helped me get different treats, toys, etc. He was also so kind, polite, and had a lot of knowledge. It's really hard to give a pet supply store a bad rating when as soon as you walk in, you are greeted by a sickeningly adorable kitten who wants scritches. I confess I got in someone's way trying to get into the store because I was so busy petting this little beauty (who was so small I could only use one finger to scratch under her chin). However, Pamper Ur Pets is more than just a refuge for an adorable kitten. It is a really (really) well stocked store! It's not huge, so the aisles are a bit tight, but that's only because it's super stocked with tons of different foods. I was really amazed at their range. They had the Wellness food that I usually get, but they also carried other brands of canned foods that I have only previously seen at Cherrybrook in New Jersey. Definitely not just limited to the brands found at larger stores like Petco. The shop also had supplies from toys to litter boxes. The staff was super friendly and even beamed as I took pictures of the kitten. On my way out the kitten was nodding off, making a squishy face, waking up, then nodding off again. Its not too far from the office, so when i want to go straight home afterwork, i can stop here during my lunch hour. This place, unlike other pet stores, does not have that familiar odor that comes with stocking pet foods and what not. And if there is a scent at all, its very minimal. I needed poopie bags. Usually, where I shop there is a very limited variety in the bags. But its simply for picking up dog shit so you wouldnt expect there to be a variety. Here, there is. Pink bags with hearts. red bags. Yellow bags. Scented bags Biodegradable bags 20 pack 8 pack 2 pac (see what i did there?) I really like this place. I am happy it exists near by job. read more

Wow just wow. Cannot say enough positive things about this place!! the products and superb service and candor with Mohamed, I was blown away! I strolled in 30 mins before my next task. He gallantly guided me to all that I needed. I got a special palace for my turtles as well as an extra nutrient for them. When I gently asked if there was a discount for the obviously necessary "ancient crumbling turtle palace" he said he would take care of me! Then we were off to get treats for my roomies corgi and cat as well as my sis 12 year old chihuahua. He ended up giving me 2 free special filets for the kitties and a Kong ball AND skybounce ball with a full handful of extra doggie treats. He politely declined when I offered a tip. I overheard his calls with customers, and the questions he had and the reassurances he gave to one woman with a sick pet revived my belief in humanity. Thought I'd put up a review for the Tribeca location (all other reviews appear to be for the Chelsea location so far) We've now been shopping here for 3 months and are consistently pleased: Friendly guys, good prices and rocket-fast delivery when we're feeling lazy/swamped (we only live 2 blocks away so I can't speak for further travel times, but they seem to hit the road quickly with our delivery orders). Great pet food store with a large array of cat foods! They have other pet supplies in here as well, but I had my eye out of max cat wet food, and they had it. It's also comforting to pet their house cat, who was comfortably napping in the window, basking near the sun as cats do. Come here to pick up your cat supplies, do a little shopping on the street or have dinner, then conviently catch the 2 train home - that's what I did at least. read more

This place ROCKS! The employees are very helpful and they go beyond too. My dog, Cooper eats Hill's Prescription Diet c/d and they only had the dry. I asked for the wet can. They told me they well get it for me in a couple of days. In twos days, I arrived back at the store and they had it! Awesome! Talk about customer service. read more

Great selection of all things dogs and cats: Supplies, toys, foods, etc. I agree with other posters that it smells clean and has an excellent array of choices for its size. And the guy there is very friendly and easy-going. Today he even agreed to see if their other store has a particular wet cat food (they carry high end/no grain brands down to Fancy Feast). I have a car and could shop during the weekend and load the trunk, but I prefer a short walk from the office and to schlep the stuff home on the subway just for this pleasant (and successful!) experience every time. AND THEIR PRICES are comparable to amazon.com (never thought I'd say that!!). I would recommend it for pet owners for daily needs, and for those aunts & uncles who want to give a great toy as a holiday gift ... their array of toys is awesome! read more

I saw this on the street at lunch accidentally and had to stop by this mom and pop pet store. They have all the major brands of premium dog food in all the flavors and both in canned and dry and even the ones that are hard to find. They also have the best treats. I haven't had a dog that long but I can recognize already the popular hard-to-find premium foods (acana, orijen, merrick, weruva) and treats (greenies, wellness) and they are ALL here. But what really stands out to me about this place is their selection of toys. They have the widest selection I have ever seen and really gag and funny toys for dogs too (like long-neck rubber chickens and little stuffed animals that squeak and look like the real thing). Really if you feel you have exhausted the toy possibilities for your dogs from all the other stores, come here for some really off-the-beat ones I'm positive that you'll have never seen anywhere else. *Update*: I had to stop by here again on the weekend deliberately to pick up more real animal-like stuffed toys for my puppy, which appear to be here favorite, as well as a kibble/treat dispenser. The manager was super helpful and hospitable in showing me several varieties of dispensers and even demonstrated to me how to use them by taking them apart and showing me. When I got home, I noticed he had put several dog biscuits in my bag for me to give the dispenser a try with my puppy, who absolutely loves both her new toys. The manager was really exceptional in going out of his way to help customers and really exemplified a mom and pop store at its best. read more

Great pet shop place in Tribeca! They have baskets with all sorts of treats when you walk in and my dog goes crazy for them. They so sweet when my dog grabs one immediately. They are kind to me and especially to my dog which makes it a lovely experience for both of us.
