Wow this is my first time being at Pamper Nails and my experience was fantastic! Just wanted to treat myself to a pedicure on a Saturday afternoon and decided to go with Pamper Nails. Was greeted very nicely by one of the nail techs, picked out my color and was waiting for no more than 3 minutes. Mind you it is a Saturday and every chair here was filled! They brought me back to the pedi station and my nail tech Emily was with me promptly! She did an excellent job and was very quick! I am the type of person who doesn't want to make a whole day of it. Anyway I would definitely recommend Emily! She was polite and easy to converse with. I will definitely come back when I'm in the area! read more

Went here for 5 years Charlie left and service and quality went straight down the pipes. A huge sad disappointment. Last time my daughter and I went the nails fell off within a week!! read more

I've been coming here for a couple of years now and this is by far my absolute favorite place to come. Alina and Charlie are always more than willing to accommodate all my needs and go above and beyond to pamper me. I'm always getting compliments on where I get my nails done. I would definitely recommend Pamper Nails to anyone looking for a new nail salon. read more

Pamper Nails is a great spot. Tina does high quality pedicures! The environment is very clean, and we can see from one end of the shop to the other, which helps with communication. Prices are super reasonable, like mani-pedi for under forty. They have a variety of pedi add-ons that all look attractive, but we've stuck with the paraffin alone. They give a discount of about five percent if you pay in cash instead of credit. That's big for us. They're in a little strip of stores near the northwest corner of Route 38 and Randall Road in St. Charles; we enter their shared parking lot from the corner of Prairie and Randall. Thank you very much to fellow-Yelpers - your reviews brought us here. read more

they're so good at nails it's such a shame their 'boss' (or she at least thinks she's the boss) is so incredibly rude. i wish there was a way to request to NOT get certain technicians. they can just be so rude sometimes! read more

I had an awful experience at Pamper. I walked in and asked if they had time to do a pedicure. They said yes and sat me in the pedicure bowl. They didn't tell me there was going to be a wait and I sat there for 25 minutes and no one came to do my nails. After waiting for another ten minutes after that I ended up walking out. They were rude and I will never return! read more

great service, friendly staff! their nail polish selection is more extensive than any other place around!

The best! I randomly stopped here one day while I was in area shopping. Even though it is 30-40 mins away from my house, I will not go anywhere else for my no chip mani! Each time it lasts 21 days! My old nail place would last about 10. Love love love pamper nails. read more

I asked her to please not trim my toenails because I had a terrible experience at another salon where I walked away with ingrown toenails because the tech didn't know what she was doing. I already trimmed them before I came and she cut them right after I told her not to, and doing the same terrible technique where they cut deeply into it the side of the nail bed which is exactly what causes ingrown toenails! UPDATE: She did give me an ingrown toenail, on a toe I've never had one before. She sawed at my toenails painfully sanding the nail into an an unnatural rounded shape so severely that the toe next to my baby toenail is now ingrown. The water was cold. It hurt the way she filed my toenails. She didn't use the throw away flip flops. She put my shoes on and painted my toes in them, slopping nail polish all over my feet and my flip flops. She mopped up the splashes on my feet with remover but didn't both of clean off my flip flops. Then she didn't even ask how I wanted my nails shaped and made them round even though they were square when I came in and I asked her half way through the first hand to make them more square. She tore at my cuticles making me bleed. Then someone else polished my nails in about 5 minutes. Well she went too fast and now every nail has ugly air bubbles in them! Totally unenjoyable experience with ugly results. read more

Went to get a no chip. The man was sloppy and got clear gel on my skin and cuticles. The paint job was all over. I asked to clean it and he started cutting skin when I told him not to .I called asked for refund and they knew they messed up and said they give me a refund only after taking pictures and showing the owner... DO not go... UNEXPERIENCED at least the male. read more

Everyone is great. It is super clean, very friendly and professional and warm. The ceiling is very pretty and the techs are all great. Alina and Emily are favorites. Price is good, coupons often, attention to detail. Way better than the rest! read more

After my first time here, I have to say, I'm pretty impressed. I came here for a walk in on Saturday morning and they took me right away. The staff is very friendly and talkative. Their gel no chip manicure is on it's second week and still looks great. None of my nails have broke and the nail polish hasn't chip one bit. The price was pretty decent compared to where I've been recently. Only $33 for a full set of gel no chip mani. Use cash! You'll get a discount. read more

What in the world happened?? I have been going to this place for over a year as it is close,. convenient for me and always seemed to do a decent job? Not so on my LAST visit. Had a young gal do my pedicure. It was so short and so mediocre I could have had my young niece do the same. Charlie then did a no chip gel fill for me and honestly it was the worst I've ever had. Nails were all shaped differently and the polish had all kinds of lumps and bumps and started chipping by the 3rd day. I'm guessing he never ground or evened out the fill he applied. Having a light color of yellow, it just showed all the imperfections. I know he is the owner and has done a good job in the past, but this was unacceptable. They are a busy place with the phone always ringing, but honestly, because he always answers the phone my visit becomes too lengthy and he is not paying attention to where he left off before the call. Even with the 10% cash discount it is just not worth it. I have moved on to a salon that is much more attentive. read more

Clean, Friendly, and the owners are great and accommodating; good location and always great for a scheduled appt or just a walk in. The prices are good, wide variety of polish (regular and no chip), good mani/pedis and waxing. The younger workers are not as impressive as the older, more experienced workers. read more

Amazing place! Not only are they open on Sundays they have a large selection of colors and designs for no chip manicure. Their prices are very reasonable. My first time here I got an amazing stone pedicure, they were so accommodating putting my seat back so I can relax better. Plus the no chip manicure actually came with the whole manicure process every other place I've gone to never trim the cuticles and do a hand massage, but this place does! Fair prices, friendly staff (that talk to you), clean, relaxing place. Defiantly my new favorite nail salon! read more

Recently visited this salon for a manicure. As I was looking over my nails after the job, I noticed that some of my nails were not painted in some spots, but you could only tell from up close. I also lined up my nails to see how long they were, and some of my nails were longer than the opposite. I also noticed that some of my nails were not put on straight. About 3 or 4 of them were put on slightly crooked. The color range is pretty good, but we'll see how long the no chip lasts. Going to keep looking for a good salon. read more

Do not get your eyebrows waxed here. I brought my daughter for her first time to get her eyebrows waxed. The lady was rough and way too fast with her. She removed too much of her one eyebrow making it way too short. She told my daughter to use eyebrow pencil . Unfortunately, I already paid and did not notice until after we left. read more

I got MRSA infection from this location sept 2015. I'll be filing a complaint with the BBB so they go there to check thier sanatation records, I also noticed that they are not listed on BBB.com It appears they may be working under the name fantastic sams? I wont be going back there, which is sad because they really did have a nice place, and they did a good job. When i called to talk to the manager he asked me for my doctors note and to come back down so he could see my infection which is super unprofessional. I'll go down to show him, but i feel like they just didnt believe me, which is why they need me to go there. read more
