The online reservation process was quick and easy. Upon arrival I was greeted by the receptionist. The decor is chic and stylish. Very reminiscent of one of the nails salons you see in a movie. While getting my nails done, I received complimentary glasses of champagne. The person who did my fill-in was very sweet. Please note that they only accept cash tips. Overall, a great experience. I'll definitely come back for a pedicure, or lash extensions.

The polish and the removal do not destroy my nails like Vanity Projects and other comparable nail shops. Everyone is sweet. I book online at Vagaro. You do need to plan ahead. I usually book my appointment right after I get my manicure. I can usually go 4-5 weeks and I rarely have chipped nails.

My nails look great. The technician was wonderful. However, the woman at the front desk had a bad attitude and was not nice at all. I was standing right in front of her and she continued texting and didn't give me my change until she finished on her phone. That is very unprofessional.
