I also had to remind the therapist several times that I wanted a deeper pressure, as the massage felt too light, and at times, it felt like she wasn't applying much pressure at all, despite me explaining it at the beginning. Toward the end of the session, when it seemed clear I wasn't interested in a "special massage," the therapist rushed through the final part of my treatment, and it felt like the session ended abruptly. We walked up to the front to ask if we could put this on a card when they asked for the amount we were requesting to tip. Here's where I couldn't believe what happened next- and why I would give ZERO stars if possible. We asked to tip $10, so 5 for each masseuse. They were both present & began to laugh. They tried to tell us in broken English that "people give $10 per masseuse and we should give $10 each" I said "I don't CARE what other people tip, WE are tipping $10, how dare you demand an amount of gratuity!" I was fuming while my husband held it together, we signed off on this stupid underserved tip and tried to leave. They started chatting in their native language, most likely saying things about us and proceeded to laugh at us, saying "goodbye" with- "come back, come back next time and bring 10 more dollars for us". WOW. Just wow. Never have we received this low level of customer service. Will NEVER come here again. If you're looking for a relaxing massage experience, DO NOT COME HERE. There's a reason there's like 10 bad reviews on this place and maybe 2 good ones. You two were lucky, the rest of us dealt with crap for an experience. Never again.
