Our older home was having rot and termite issues on the fascia board due to water coming off the roof without gutters. Upon further inspection of the issues with Palm we determined that our simple fascia board replacement project needed more and it was at that point that I knew we had picked the right company. Palm was able to take care of our fascia board, the undersheathing (which was also showing rot in places because of roof issues), the painting, the gutters and our roof repairs. They listened carefully to our long term goals for our home and together we came up with a project plan that fit those goals. They also helped us secure some extra financing which we really appreciated! Their cleanliness was top notch. We had 3 dogs and despite lots of roofing nails falling during the demo, not one of our dogs got any nails in their paws which is a testament to their excellent work during their daily clean up. The gutter portion of our job was not straight forward. For years our yard has flooded from water pouring off the roof in weird places, even with the smallest rainfall, so getting this part right was paramount. They made all the adjustments we asked for to make our yard flood free and we are so happy that we no longer have to worry! During the project we also requested a change order. The change order wouldn't have been possible without their active oversight of our project. We had a group text chat which facilitated ease of communication between us and them and Lee their Field Supervisor was on-site regularly to check on progress and to meet with us to ensure that the project was going as planned. Lee would address any issues immediately and he'd always follow up on a timely basis. We seriously can't say enough good things about Lee, he is a consummate professional and really cared about the outcome of our project. Palm Construction is lucky to have Lee on their team! If I could give Palm Construction a rating of 1000 out of 10 I would! From the onset of planning the exterior stucco renovation of my 3500 sq. ft. home (which included prep around new windows, brown coat, two applications of Santa Barbara finish stucco and two coats of paint on the stucco/eaves/fascia/brick planter boxes), to the final walk through, Palm Construction communicated regularly, kept us informed every step of the process and delivered a quality product! We met with Lee Trabelsi in February. During this initial consultation, Lee was highly professional, extremely knowledgeable, friendly and exceptionally focused on answering all of our questions in easily understood terms. Based on our goals, he identified a timeline that would work within our schedules. While Lee took the lead in orchestrating the various crews, they all showed up in advance of the time given for daily arrival and worked with efficiency and attention to detail. Additionally, I sincerely appreciated how they cleaned up at the end of each day, greatly admiring their work ethic. The scope of this project was something I had not ventured into before, so throughout the process, Lee encouraged me to text him with any of my questions/concerns. He responded often within an hour and if I asked for a meeting, he gladly met me early in the morning, prior to my having to leave for work. Lee's customer service was exemplary! I want to recognize Diego, Antonio in particular, who were part of the "genius craftsman" that gave me the smooth finish I requested and actually went above and beyond my expectations. My original fence had begun to collapse into my yard from my neighbors yard, in part due to the way the original retaining wall was constructed. It was designed so that it veered off at an angle 6 feet before reaching the back fence. My neighbor and I built, a cedar fence that extended all the way to the back fence. The original cedar fence stood strong for almost 20 years until the termites found the post. The rest is history, as I've stated above. After almost another 15 years I decided enough is enough. Enters Anji and one of their many contractors, Palm construction, field supervised by Mr Guy Gilboa and his magnificent team of professional builders. Their job was to extend the retaining wall before I installed a new fence. First, Mr Gilboa, Myself, My Wife and My neighbor agreed on a price we were all comfortable with to complete the project. Second, I was not disappointed with the final results of the project. The wall looks amazing. Third, it's apparent, by the way the builders went about their task, that Mr Gilboa and Palm Construction hire not only professionals but the best professionals for their projects. The builder's teamwork enabled them to complete the project quickly and efficiently with superior results. The wall was beautifully done. Finally, a lot of credit for this project must go to Mr Gilboa, "the Rocky Balboa of construction". He was courteous, knowledgable, considerate and seemly, a superb business man. It was a real pleasure dealing with and working with him. More importantly, he finally knows who Roger is, when I reply to him, "Roger that". Overall, an exceptional experience. Hi. My husband and I would like to tell you about a lawn remodel we recently had. The company is called Palm Construction and the contractor who guided us is Jonathan Yosifon. I can honestly say Jonathan made the experience so effortless by guiding us every step of the way. Answering every question, and offering suggestions when we were stuck. With decisions and choices made, Jonathan arranged for the work to begin. We thought two or three days at least, but to our surprise and pleasure the entire yard was completed in one day, start to finish and it look's AMAZING. Palm Construction was great to work with from start to finish! Ronen, the project manager, was constantly on top of things and communicated with us throughout the entire process. On days where Ronen was at another site, his assistant Victor was sure to come to our property and make sure nothing skipped a beat, he was great as well! The foreman, Erik, was very helpful and made sure each detail was to our liking. The total project was exterior house paint (3 colors), pavers in multiple parts of our "keystone" backyard, beautiful pet friendly turf on the other parts. We also had rain gutters installed around the entire house which look great and really make the trim colors pop! They also installed a gorgeous 150'+ retaining wall from one end of our property to the other. I used Palm Construction to install my rain gutters a couple of years ago. I noticed this winter that there was some leakage at a connection point, as well as some rusting of the gutter screens. I spoke to Debbie in Customer Service and sent her pictures depicting my issues. She sent Victor out to my house to assess the situation within a few days. He made arrangements to send Arturo out and replace all the screens with a better quality of screen and fixed the leakage that was happening at a connection point. Victor and Arturo were amazing. They did the job and cleaned up pretty well. I was totally impressed with this company and how they stood by their work. I didn't have to argue at all and they didn't charge me anything. I decided to go with Shay and Palm Construction to remodel my front door steps and second floor back deck. The crew (Arturo and Alberto mostly) worked through a September/October Santa Ana heat wave in the sun with temperatures in the high nineties to 100 degrees. Also, they worked around a garage door and security system installations. From the huge posts to the finest detail, they repaired and replaced the supporting structure under the deck. I feel assured when walking on my deck now. The crew, Shay and Matthew (quality assurance) kept me advised on the daily progress. Finally, the wonderful view of the mountains and valley below is matched with my new deck. If you are remodelling you home, give these guys a call. We recently completed a large paver/planter box project in our backyard and it is absolutely beautiful. Ben was our project manager and he made sure everything was perfect. We are new homeowners and this process was nerve-wracking for me, but Ben was always available for us and would answer the phone whenever we called with questions. This company takes the most amount of money for the least amount of work . Anytime they come Out you feel they will try to talk you out of the work you want so that it cost them less to perform . I was impressed with reviews and so I decided to hire them . Unfortunately all the work they do or don't do needs to be fixed by other companies at your expense of course . They don't do any of the work but hire day laborers . Which makes sense once you see the results . Pictures will follow . They show up unannounced and harass you . I told them many times I cannot meet and they just knocked on my door . Final straw was they ask you to sign a Survey and give all 5 stars . I did so under duress just to get them out of my house . I hired this company for a basic home renovation project and it turned into a nightmare. From the start, they bombarded me with aggressive telemarketing calls. I should've seen that as a red flag. Their "free estimate" came in at double what other contractors quoted me, but they pressured me hard into signing. I regret giving them any information, because after that, I started getting non-stop spam calls clearly they sold my data. The work they did was sloppy, delayed, and way over budget. When I questioned the charges, they gave vague answers and blamed "unexpected costs." I had to bring in another company to fix their mess. Save yourself the stress--do not trust this company. Project - Kitchen remodel Work Quality- Vital work done were excellently completed. There are trivial things that were less than excellent, but I negated it as they are small items and were corrected. Cost adherance- The final cost per the contract was right on including billing terms. Communication-The project manager (Tony) was very responsive, very easy to contact/ talk to. He did set up a chat for the project to easily communicate with his team. Cleanliness-The team working have maintained a clean area. They contained their working area and clean it everyday they work.
