If I could give Palm Construction a rating of 1000 out of 10 I would! From the onset of planning the exterior stucco renovation of my 3500 sq. ft. home (which included prep around new windows, brown coat, two applications of Santa Barbara finish stucco and two coats of paint on the stucco/eaves/fascia/brick planter boxes), to the final walk through, Palm Construction communicated regularly, kept us informed every step of the process and delivered a quality product! We met with Lee Trabelsi in February. During this initial consultation, Lee was highly professional, extremely knowledgeable, friendly and exceptionally focused on answering all of our questions in easily understood terms. Based on our goals, he identified a timeline that would work within our schedules. While Lee took the lead in orchestrating the various crews, they all showed up in advance of the time given for daily arrival and worked with efficiency and attention to detail. Additionally, I sincerely appreciated how they cleaned up at the end of each day, greatly admiring their work ethic. The scope of this project was something I had not ventured into before, so throughout the process, Lee encouraged me to text him with any of my questions/concerns. He responded often within an hour and if I asked for a meeting, he gladly met me early in the morning, prior to my having to leave for work. Lee's customer service was exemplary! I want to recognize Diego, Antonio in particular, who were part of the "genius craftsman" that gave me the smooth finish I requested and actually went above and beyond my expectations. They eased my concerns by first doing a "test wall", which to my amazement, was perfect! Despite weather challenges, Palm Construction kept our agreed completion date. Seeing people take such pride in their work is sometimes rare in today's society; I would without reservation recommend Palm Construction! Thanks for helping me to realize a dream of a beautiful new home after 25 years! read more

My original fence had begun to collapse into my yard from my neighbors yard, in part due to the way the original retaining wall was constructed. It was designed so that it veered off at an angle 6 feet before reaching the back fence. My neighbor and I built, a cedar fence that extended all the way to the back fence. The original cedar fence stood strong for almost 20 years until the termites found the post. The rest is history, as I've stated above. After almost another 15 years I decided enough is enough. Enters Anji and one of their many contractors, Palm construction, field supervised by Mr Guy Gilboa and his magnificent team of professional builders. Their job was to extend the retaining wall before I installed a new fence. First, Mr Gilboa, Myself, My Wife and My neighbor agreed on a price we were all comfortable with to complete the project. Second, I was not disappointed with the final results of the project. The wall looks amazing. Third, it's apparent, by the way the builders went about their task, that Mr Gilboa and Palm Construction hire not only professionals but the best professionals for their projects. The builder's teamwork enabled them to complete the project quickly and efficiently with superior results. The wall was beautifully done. Finally, a lot of credit for this project must go to Mr Gilboa, "the Rocky Balboa of construction". He was courteous, knowledgable, considerate and seemly, a superb business man. It was a real pleasure dealing with and working with him. More importantly, he finally knows who Roger is, when I reply to him, "Roger that". Overall, an exceptional experience. I look forward to having them do future projects for us. Well done team! read more

We recently completed several home improvement projects with Palm Construction, and we couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, the entire experience was professional, organized, and stress-free. Our project manager, Avi, was outstanding. He checked in with us regularly, made multiple site visits throughout the project, and always took the time to ensure we were happy with the progress. His communication was excellent, and we truly appreciated how involved he remained at every step. One of Avi's best recommendations was suggesting paving stones instead of a traditional concrete slab for the area behind our garage, where we're preparing for a future jacuzzi. It turned out beautifully and was exactly the right solution for our space. The highlight of the project, however, is the custom floor-to-ceiling bookcases they built for our family room. The craftsmanship is exceptional--they look as though they were part of the original construction of our home. The attention to detail is remarkable, and they exceeded our expectations. The entire crew was hardworking and respectful. It's clear they take pride in their work, and it shows in the finished product. And the price seemed commensurate with the work completed. We look forward to having Palm Construction work on future projects. If you're looking for a contractor who delivers quality craftsmanship, excellent communication, and truly cares about customer satisfaction, we highly recommend Palm Construction. Thank you to Avi and the entire team for helping transform our home! Thank you! Kellye & Trevor Buchanan read more

After meeting with 5-6 different backyard renovation companies, we ultimately chose Palm Construction because their reviews consistently stood out and now we completely understand why. From start to finish, the experience exceeded our expectations. Avi, our project manager, was exceptional throughout the entire process. He kept us informed every step of the way, checked in during every phase of the project, and made sure every question we had was addressed immediately. His communication, professionalism, and attention to detail made the entire experience feel seamless and stress-free. He was seriously so kind and thoughtful. Mateo and Giovanni were equally incredible. They were kind, hardworking, efficient, and genuinely cared about the quality of their work. Every morning they arrived right on time at 8:30 a.m. and worked diligently until 5:00 p.m. and during that time, they were completely on top of everything. The level of precision and care they put into our backyard was truly impeccable. It's rare to find a company that combines professionalism, communication, punctuality, and craftsmanship this well. We are beyond happy with the final result and will absolutely be using Palm Construction again for future projects. Highly, highly recommend. read more

Palm Construction completely transformed our backyard and turned a stressful situation into a wonderful experience. From the very beginning, Jacob Lilush impressed us with his quick response and professionalism--he called me early on a Saturday and came the same day for a free estimate. He explained everything clearly and helped us choose turf instead of concrete, which saved us money and made the yard look amazing. Project manager Lee Trabelsi was fantastic as well, meeting us in person, listening to our concerns, and working within our budget. The crew--Yunior, Luis, and another team member--worked tirelessly with great attention to detail. The new fence, gate, and turf made our backyard not only safe and level but also beautiful and inviting. Both Jacob and Lee returned for the final walkthrough to make sure we were 100% satisfied. Their genuine care and commitment to quality stood out, and we couldn't be happier with the results. We've already recommended Palm Construction to friends and neighbors and will absolutely call them again for future projects. Thank you Palm Construction, for going above and beyond. The work was clean, efficient, and truly satisying. You've earned our trust and admiration. read more

I highly recommend Palm construction! Our deck is amazing! Shay did a great job managing the project. He accurately bid out, designed, scheduled and ordered all the materials. Their expert craftsmen constructed our large multi-level deck on a steep slope. This was not an easy project. His crew were the best! They can build anything and easily handled any minor changes we made. It's not just a job for these guys, They do excellent work and really care about the quality of the finished product. After watching the process, I realize how important it is to hire an experienced deck builder. All of the framing work was excellent. The footings, support posts, beams, joists, ledger boards and framing hardware exceeded my expectations. Passing all inspections was a breeze. They don't cut corners and built us a strong deck that will last. They also have many choices for the look of the deck. The price was very reasonable, and an absolute bargain considering the quality of work and materials. You can't go wrong with Palm construction! read more

We recently had Palm Construction complete several projects in our home, including the installation of a sub panel, several outlets, a ceiling fan, and painting a room. Our contractor, Ari, was exceptional in his communication throughout the entire process. He kept us informed and ensured that everything was done according to our preferences. Ari's team of helpers were also very professional and courteous. They worked efficiently and completed the tasks quickly without compromising on quality. The workmanship was top-notch, and we are extremely pleased with the results. Additionally, the administrative staff at Palm Construction were great communicators. They consistently reached out to see if we needed anything and made sure we were satisfied with the progress. Their proactive approach and attention to customer service were greatly appreciated. Hi. My husband and I would like to tell you about a lawn remodel we recently had. The company is called Palm Construction and the contractor who guided us is Jonathan Yosifon. I can honestly say Jonathan made the experience so effortless by guiding us every step of the way. Answering every question, and offering suggestions when we were stuck. With decisions and choices made, Jonathan arranged for the work to begin. We thought two or three days at least, but to our surprise and pleasure the entire yard was completed in one day, start to finish and it look's AMAZING. They cleaned up so well it looks like it was never disturbed. We also had gutters and downspouts put on the house. Jonathan Yosifan was instrumental in that job as well. And I have to say that should have been another two day's but amazingly took about two hours. They worked steadily to complete each job. A hugh Thank You to Palm Construction and Jonathan Yosifon The Mason Family read more

Palm Construction was great to work with from start to finish! Ronen, the project manager, was constantly on top of things and communicated with us throughout the entire process. On days where Ronen was at another site, his assistant Victor was sure to come to our property and make sure nothing skipped a beat, he was great as well! The foreman, Erik, was very helpful and made sure each detail was to our liking. The total project was exterior house paint (3 colors), pavers in multiple parts of our "keystone" backyard, beautiful pet friendly turf on the other parts. We also had rain gutters installed around the entire house which look great and really make the trim colors pop! They also installed a gorgeous 150'+ retaining wall from one end of our property to the other. Overall we are very pleased with Palm Construction and their crew, we highly recommend Palm Construction for any project one might have. read more

We recently had Palm Construction redo our garden, and we couldn't be more pleased with the job they did. Our garden looks fantastic, and we are thrilled with the results. Ronen, the company's representative, was lovely and very professional throughout the entire process. He provided excellent suggestions and ensured everything was done to our satisfaction. One of the standout aspects of our experience with Palm Construction was their flexible financing options. Since we couldn't afford the project right away, the financing they offered really helped us out. This made it possible for us to have the garden of our dreams without financial strain. Overall, Palm Construction exceeded our expectations. Ronen's professionalism and the team's dedication to quality work made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We highly recommend Palm Construction for any garden or construction projects you may have. read more

My name is Vince Miller. I am in the north county in San Diego. We had a project with Palm back in May/June 2022. I don't want to get into details, but there was a follow on project that was required to resolve our issue. I was introduced to Shay and Ariella, and they were more than willing to hear my version of the story and then proceeded to work with me for the next couple months on a resolution plan. Shay was great. Ariella was so nice and respectful, even when situations were less than ideal, she always acted in the best interests of the company. I know she is more quality control, but please take the time to give her project management rolls moving forward. She will represent your company well. Very good for your business. Honestly, she (and Shay) are a big reason I would consider coming back to Palm. If there is future work, please assign Ariella to me as my project mgr/coordinator. read more

I decided to go with Shay and Palm Construction to remodel my front door steps and second floor back deck. The crew (Arturo and Alberto mostly) worked through a September/October Santa Ana heat wave in the sun with temperatures in the high nineties to 100 degrees. Also, they worked around a garage door and security system installations. From the huge posts to the finest detail, they repaired and replaced the supporting structure under the deck. I feel assured when walking on my deck now. The crew, Shay and Matthew (quality assurance) kept me advised on the daily progress. Finally, the wonderful view of the mountains and valley below is matched with my new deck. If you are remodelling you home, give these guys a call. They even removed the deck furniture and replaced it when the job was done! read more

We recently completed a large paver/planter box project in our backyard and it is absolutely beautiful. Ben was our project manager and he made sure everything was perfect. We are new homeowners and this process was nerve-wracking for me, but Ben was always available for us and would answer the phone whenever we called with questions. Ben also made sure the materials were correct and personally came by and checked on the project each day we had work done. You can tell he is a perfectionist and wanted to make sure our pavers turned out exactly as we wanted them to. We trust in Palm Construction and their work, and look forward to enjoying our yard, pavers and planter boxes for many years to come. Thank you Ben and the entire Palm Construction team! read more

This company takes the most amount of money for the least amount of work . Anytime they come Out you feel they will try to talk you out of the work you want so that it cost them less to perform . I was impressed with reviews and so I decided to hire them . Unfortunately all the work they do or don't do needs to be fixed by other companies at your expense of course . They don't do any of the work but hire day laborers . Which makes sense once you see the results . Pictures will follow . They show up unannounced and harass you . I told them many times I cannot meet and they just knocked on my door . Final straw was they ask you to sign a Survey and give all 5 stars . I did so under duress just to get them out of my house . Wife is not happy! read more

Back on January 26th 2023, a major Santa Ana wind event brought down a massive eucalyptus tree, destroying the deck off the back off our home. Insurance sent three recommendations but we were not impressed and decided to research our own contractor. After interviewing 6 contractors, we were very impressed with Palm Constructions price and craftsmanship of their completed job portfolio. Lee was easy to work with and helpful in assisting us in our design, quote, & management of the project from start to finish. A shout out to Adam as well, his knowledge and attention to detail made a difference. The Palm construction team worked tirelessly in adverse rainy conditions to get the job done, quite amazing! I hired this company for a basic home renovation project and it turned into a nightmare. From the start, they bombarded me with aggressive telemarketing calls. I should've seen that as a red flag. Their "free estimate" came in at double what other contractors quoted me, but they pressured me hard into signing. I regret giving them any information, because after that, I started getting non-stop spam calls clearly they sold my data. The work they did was sloppy, delayed, and way over budget. When I questioned the charges, they gave vague answers and blamed "unexpected costs." I had to bring in another company to fix their mess. Save yourself the stress--do not trust this company. They're scammers, plain and simple. read more

He kept us well-informed throughout the process, which gave us confidence in the work being done. We are grateful to Rio and Lee for their expertise, problem-solving, and attention to detail. I was looking for a company to paint my 2 story house's stucco and wood trim + a shed. This was to include all trim, fascia and retaining walls, plus some additional rain gutters. Additionally, the stucco did need repair in several areas. I heard about Palm Construction from my neighbor who raved about the non-painting work being done at that home. I asked for quote and Avi & Gil, the project managers were prompt to provide me with one. Their company was able to meet all my home's needs for this project. The job was done with utmost care & speedily completed. Their painters (Junior & Luis) were polite, thorough, efficient and pleasant. I'm very happy with how my house now looks. read more
