They prey on high school kids, get them to sign up for their monthly service and then give them the run around when they try to cancel it. First my daughter was told she had to cancel it in person. Then told that it had to be done online. When you call to the billing line it puts you on hold for 30 minutes and then disconnects the call. I have put a report into the better business bureau.

Had to cancel my wife's account due to her passing…read more Called the Texas Corporate number and was told that they would send an approved cancellation notice to this location. Went to the store the next day and they did receive it, promising me to email me a copy of my signed approval. Waited 24hrs and no receipt. Went back to the store and had to start all over again, as nothing had been done as promised. They tried to get me to just freeze the account, save the credits, blah, blah, blah. Told them as direct as I could to terminate everything and cancel the auto payment. (Read your fine print, if this is not done by the 25th of the month, they hit you with another payment.) So, three weeks later, auto pay is still live on my bank account, go to the store and she says, "Oh, we just suspended the account for you, yes you will still be billed $7 per month for this!!" Fortunately I kept copies of who and when I spoke to each person, and was guaranteed that this time it would happen and that I would not have any more issues. I have yet to see that change come through and will be visiting the store and calling corporate again. I have no set "schedule" when I go here; I literally pop in randomly when it works out- today, I want to go but just realized because I went last night last minute at 8:45, I won't even be able to tan at all today- furious. It's such a disruption and now they waste the money I spent. I'm not interested in being able to complain to a website- allow people to have their own schedules and utilize when they're able to- what a joke; not a lot makes me upset like this, especially when it's something like tanning; but this is my money and I'm resorting to now having to go 1 or 2 times per week because of this crap. I worked in tanning industry for 5 years in college and if someone wanted to come in 2 days in a row because they couldn't make it in for the last 5 days of the week, that's what they did. I'm either requesting a refund or I'm going to go further up. I'm so frustrated with this situation and I only tan for events- this being for a trip to Arizona - the fact that I can't use anything today absolutely crushes any chance that this place can redeem itself in my book.
