I wanted a gift card for my daughter for Christmas - and was talked into a 3month "membership" which I got. She got to the shop at her confirmed appointment time and it was closed, locked up tight, lights off - Never notified. Complete waste of $200 on this. Horrible customer service - ZERO communication. It's just horrible. On the site, they'd obviously rather teach others how to do this themselves than offer the service that made them relatively popular in the first place. Sad.

Unfortunately, I was really disappointed with both the quality of my service and the customer…read moreservice I received. I came in with my boyfriend and specifically asked if we could get our pedicures done at the same time. The nail tech insisted on doing my nails first and assured me that we would still have time to get our toes done together. I trusted what she told me. By the time she finished my nails, my boyfriend's pedicure was already finished--which was exactly what I was trying to avoid by asking in the first place. When I brought this up to her, instead of acknowledging the misunderstanding or even apologizing, her response was essentially, "Do you want your toes done or not?" I found the response unnecessarily rude and dismissive, especially considering I had communicated what I wanted from the beginning and followed her recommendation. On top of that, I was unhappy with my manicure. The cuticle area was messy, there was visible product/residue around several nails, and the shaping and finish were inconsistent. I've included photos because they show the quality of the finished service better than I can describe it. I'm generally understanding if something doesn't go perfectly, but the combination of the rushed-looking manicure and the way my concern was addressed made the experience very disappointing. A simple apology or an attempt to make the situation right would have gone a long way. Instead, I left feeling like my concern was an inconvenience. I will not be returning. And their website false advertises serving mimosas and there is a placard on the door that says no alcohol. The pictures on their yelp are clearly AI generated and not of their actual work relevant to their poor quality.

This was my first time visiting this nail salon, and it will definitely be my last…read more I came in for a manicure and originally wanted French nails. The technician who attended me had tattoos; unfortunately, I don't know her name because she never introduced herself. While doing my nails, she was speaking to the other employees in their language and commenting about the fact that I wanted French even though my nails were very short. The length of my natural nails should not be an issue. If a customer is paying for a service, the technician should either be able to perform it or professionally explain why she cannot--not make comments about the customer to her coworkers. I also noticed that the salon was very dark and, in my opinion, looked poorly maintained and not very clean. What concerned me even more was the condition of the nail polish. The products she was using looked old, thick, and clumpy, and some bottles appeared almost empty. As she applied the polish, I could literally see thick pieces and lumps of product going onto my nails. I didn't immediately complain because I wanted to give her the opportunity to finish the manicure. But she continued adding thick layers of product, and when she put my hands in front of the fan to dry, the result was terrible. The polish wrinkled, developed lines and bubbles, and was thick and uneven. The application around my cuticles was also messy. The photos attached to this review show exactly how my nails looked after the service. This was not a minor imperfection or simply a color I didn't like. This was poor-quality work that I would not expect from a professional nail salon. I requested my money back and received a refund. However, a refund does not change the quality of the service I received. I'm posting this review and the photos so other customers can see the actual result and know what my experience was before deciding to come here. I can only speak about the technician who personally worked on my nails, not every technician at this salon. But this was my first visit, and after this experience, it was also my last. I will not be returning.
