This gym is fine overall, it's a large facility full of a nice assortment of equipment that seems…read moreto be reasonably well maintained although it might not be the most modern. LifeFitness and Hammer Strength equipment makes up the vast majority of it. They also have UV radiation beds and massage chairs if that's your thing. The employees are all friendly, polite, and attentive to their members' needs, and at least one of them is usually actively cleaning equipment or tending to general housekeeping duties. The main issue that I find with this location is the membership base. The lack of manners & consideration for others that seems to be very typical of the Memphis metro (from the view of a transplant) is on full display here. Simple courtesies like not tying up equipment for 15mins so that you can take a phone call or browse social media instead of working out, or the common courtesy and widely accepted "gym etiquette" of wiping off equipment after you've used & sweated all over it is almost non-existent. If you show these simple manners, you're a valuable minority at this club. Some hours of the day this facility seems to turn into a sort of "after-school care" for teenagers impeding the workout routines of the adult membership also. I really wish the staff would remind, coach, and enforce these rules & gym going behavioral norms (they have signage posted around the club) but that doesn't seem to be a priority for them. Overall the location is good, the 24hr aspect is convenient, and the price is right. So it's a solid 3/5 with room for improvement.

The machine was literally shaking during the session. The spray tan mechanism failed completely--instead of a mist, the solution literally dripped all over me, and the machine skipped the drying sessions entirely.I left the salon with spray tan drops all over my skin and literally just look dirty. My hairnet was covered in drops. I left a message with the front desk representative for the manager to call me. This representative just came on duty and was very kind. The manager did call back while I was at work, but the initial customer service and equipment failure ruined my experience. Avoid this location until they fix or retire their old equipment. As far as customer service, yesterday was the first day it was negative. I have never seen her before and maybe she was having a bad day. She definitely did not want to be there or listen to what I had to say.

When I asked about their services, the woman at the desk, who was very unfriendly and seemed to be having a miserable day, handed me over to a young lady that was the exact opposite. She showed me around the salon, telling me about each of the services and was a delight. But when I asked about details of the red light therapy, the sauna, chromatherapy...she did not have any answers. Out of curiosity, I asked about the chemicals used for their spray tans...she did not know. I asked about the differences in some of their tanning beds, to which she did not know. But she was doing her best...just not trained well or able to answer important questions. When we returned to the desk, I learned about the $29 signing up fee regardless of any service...and then more about their fees. The dark haired woman that I first encountered, was very abrasive to the point of being rude when I asked her questions that the young blonde woman couldn't answer. Because of the way I was treated and the inability to get details about the services that could affect my health, I left...and will not return. Unfortunately, the years of poor reviews don't seem to have changed much in regards to service.
