Everyone that greeted me was very kind. The young man that did my pedicure (basic pedi) was very nice and kept making sure that I was comfortable. They use a timer when doing your massage and I appreciate that. I want every minute! Haha! My feet aren't super soft and I do still have some dead skin but I didn't pay for any additional foot services. I'm not wearing sandals right now anyways! I'm satisfied with them. I then requested dip nails, with a tip. This is where things began to go down hill for a bit. Tony did cut my cuticle so I was not happy about that and I became uncomfortable because I was expecting him to cut them again at any moment. I also asked for round nails because I love that shape on my fingers. The shape that he gave was very uneven and didn't resemble round/oval at all. I was beginning to get discouraged. I think that Vivian could tell what was going on because she came to reshape my nails for me. Once she shaped them, I felt soooo much better. They're exactly what I was looking for! Going forward, I will definitely be requesting Vivian to do my finger nails. I also really appreciate Vivian for coming around often and asking if I was ok and making sure that I liked my color. I found a sweet lady and although I had to wait which I didn't mind. My haircut was great. I left her a 50% tip for going above and beyond. My simple haircut looked great the next day at the funeral. It's incredibly clean, the utensils are properly sterilized, they always use a new razor and the employees wear gloves. The prices cannot be beat! I usually get the manicure + pedicure for around $35. The pedicure is amazing. They take their time and the hot stone message at the end is the best part. They also wrap your legs in hot towels while applying the polish. Honestly makes you feel as if you are at fancy salon. They also recently got new massage chairs which are perfectly relaxing. Kim and her staff are awesome!! They are so sweet. My sister, mother and 86 year old grandmother visit regularly and they always remember us and ask about our family if one of is not there. My grandmother has diabetes so they are always extra careful when doing her nails even without us having to remind them. Before my wedding I asked Kim if I could being by friends and family after hours. She kept the place open after 7pm for us, asked 2-3 employee to stay back and did not even charge extra.
