I was a regular customer, but no longer! I recommend you find a nail shop that respects you with honest dealings. I went in for a basic pedicure and was satisfied with the service rendered. I gave the young lady a tip and went to pay my bill as usual. That is, however, where my satisfaction ended. When I showed them a text ad that they sent me, offering $5 off for seniors 65+ they refused to honor it!! All of a sudden, no one can talk to me in fluent English. All of a sudden, they claim 65+ means services that cost $65 or more. The problem is, I recognize dishonesty a mile away and can read English very well thank you. In any language "seniors 65+" does not mean the same as "services costing $65 or more" . The disrespect is glaring and they'll never get my family's business again. The absolute worst nail job I've ever had. Nails started popping off day 3 and continued to pop off throughout the week. I came into the salon with the nails when I had free time away from work and responsibilities and the manager told me she couldn't glue them back on or do anything about it. I spent 100$ and the worker took TWO AND A HALF HOURS to do this horrible job. This is dip powder and the nails should not be popping off day 3!!!! It was cinematic because when I walked out of the salon another nail popped off on the door on the way out- hilarious but not really because I'm out 100$ and I was scammed into thinking I was getting a service when in reality I was getting a whole lotta B.S. from this place. read more

My nail technician was Cindy, who is one of THE BEST technicians there. She is such a kind, beautiful young lady who never failed giving me a classy and polished look. Although, I have moved to Texas, I will never forget these amazing people especially my nail tech Cindy. I wish there was a 4.5 stars. The atmosphere is very quiet, but welcoming. No one is talking or else the whole place will hear you. Staff was friendly and helpful. The nails weren't the best I've had, but done well enough. I wish they would have offered me a beverage upon sitting down (they have such a nice bar area, it feels weird to ask for a water/soda/wine). Cost was a bit pricey. Next time I will do without the "manicure" portion that just included a quick cuticle trim and basic massage ($15). I'll go back again definitely, I just wish the hospitality is a bit higher. read more

I have gone here for years and have been a loyal customer. I have always purchased gift cards over the phone with the previous owner -- one I had bought for $30 for my mother and she had yet to use it. We went in today to use it and the owner said nothing transferred over from old management (he explained they changed owners in June) so the gift card does not exist. He, by being "nice" gave us 10% off, which is the standard discount I received every time just for being a college student. Instead of honoring the $30 gift card for us they lost two loyal customers. read more

I have been a loyal customer since I moved here with regular appointments every 3 weeks. I have been charged a different amount every time I went. The 10% that was offered was never honored when I mentioned it when I checked in and when it was put on the slip. I got white polish and it turned yellow when I mentioned it they said they don't recommend white? Why didn't someone tell me that or put the non yellowing top coat on? The last time I went, I made an appointment and waited a half hour. Every appointment has caused me stress I will never go back. read more

I have went here for years and they have obviously changed management I see when me and my husband went today. It was horrible quality of work. My husband still had dead skin on his feet and dirt under his nails. I had dead skin left noticeably and my toes didn't look good. My husband stepped down into a puddle dead skin on the ground because she didn't clean it up or direct him away from it. It looked like we hadn't gotten our nails done. The workers are coming from everywhere. Like busy little bees. The chairs are super comfy and knead deeply into the back. My tech gave the most wonderful leg, calf and foot massage and was amazing. My friend and I went together yesterday and ordered a dip + manicure service for $55 from the ipad menu. Verbally, one of the techs asked if we wanted the "relax" manicure" to which we agreed, not knowing what was different or better about it. We both received dip, a manicure, and a 5 minute massage. I received a paraffin wax treatment, but my friend didn't. When we went up to pay, we were charged $40 for the dip alone, and then $50 for the "relax manicure" which they considered a separate treatment. There was no amount of discussion that changed our price, even though we were able to show on our ticket that we'd only signed up for the $55 service. Changing our amount to $90 without telling us what we were agreeing to seemed shady. I will not be returning. read more

Looked closer at nails from side after leaving and there is a visible bump in the polish at the nail beds and thins out later. Looks weird from the side. Never felt such extreme thickness differences in the decade I've been getting dip. Obviously negligence on technician end because apparent on 8/10 nails... Toes are fine. Want my money back. Nails were done for interview and lasted less than a day. Need to go back but can't before leaving town. So thanks for the janky over priced nails... want a refund. I will be removing the entire set today because it looks gaudy, is breaking, is uneven in thickness, and was worse than any other manicure I've ever left the shop with. Thanks. The gel mani-pedi was great and my technician Chaing-Lee (I think that's her name) was absolutely awesome. She was very sweet and we had a great conversation while she worked on my nails. First time I came here, great service. They did a nice job on my nails, and it was pretty standard. They offered me a glass of champagne which is always nice, just to feel like you're getting a nice little pampering date with yourself. The second time I came, I asked if they had drinks and they said no. I thought it was interesting because at nail salons at this price point (gloss, envy, nail bar) you'll get the beverage along with your service and because they offered it the first time I visited. It's definitely not the most important part of the service, but it's a nice bonus and I feel like customers would have a more luxurious experience if they offered it. read more

The only thing I have to say was when I was checking out and writing down my tip, I was calculating exactly 20%, and wrote 14.8 as the tip and the lady at the front basically said "80 cents is useless" and "what's another 20 cents". Mind you, she was looking over at my shoulder when I was writing this and said "well are you just gonna 15 or what". That made me feel very uncomfortable. As a young college student , I thought 20% was pretty good... overall I tipped 15 because Henry did a great job but I felt very uncomfortable by the customer service and will probably not go back. read more
