Sounds like you want all rules changed because you are inconvenienced. Get a life, do what is right and stop complaining, you must be hard to deal with 24/7. The shop is very clean, made to feel welcome and I will recommend to my friends.

Despite the poor reviews in times past, I thought I would check out their infrared, sauna, spa…read moreoptions they now offer. When I asked about their services, the woman at the desk, who was very unfriendly and seemed to be having a miserable day, handed me over to a young lady that was the exact opposite. She showed me around the salon, telling me about each of the services and was a delight. But when I asked about details of the red light therapy, the sauna, chromatherapy...she did not have any answers. Out of curiosity, I asked about the chemicals used for their spray tans...she did not know. I asked about the differences in some of their tanning beds, to which she did not know. But she was doing her best...just not trained well or able to answer important questions. When we returned to the desk, I learned about the $29 signing up fee regardless of any service...and then more about their fees. The dark haired woman that I first encountered, was very abrasive to the point of being rude when I asked her questions that the young blonde woman couldn't answer. Because of the way I was treated and the inability to get details about the services that could affect my health, I left...and will not return. Unfortunately, the years of poor reviews don't seem to have changed much in regards to service.

The girl who walked up to greet me sighed and asked me what I was there for. I told her it was my first time getting a spray tan and she rolled her eyes, sighed, and threw her head back. I think she was upset that she had to put me in the system, but that took less than a minute - all she had to do was ask me my name and my email. Then, she walked back to get her friend. I could hear them complaining about me. She and her friend both came to me and told me they couldn't do my spray tan. I asked for the other girl's name and she turned around and walked away. They couldn't have been ruder. That was my first and LAST time at Palm Beach. Super disappointed!

The machine was literally shaking during the session. The spray tan mechanism failed completely--instead of a mist, the solution literally dripped all over me, and the machine skipped the drying sessions entirely.I left the salon with spray tan drops all over my skin and literally just look dirty. My hairnet was covered in drops. I left a message with the front desk representative for the manager to call me. This representative just came on duty and was very kind. The manager did call back while I was at work, but the initial customer service and equipment failure ruined my experience. Avoid this location until they fix or retire their old equipment. As far as customer service, yesterday was the first day it was negative. I have never seen her before and maybe she was having a bad day. She definitely did not want to be there or listen to what I had to say.

The Skin Clinic is also a beautiful, calming atmosphere that looks and feels more along the lines of a high end spa instead of a clinic, but everything is still done with great professionalism and standards.
