The machine was literally shaking during the session. The spray tan mechanism failed completely--instead of a mist, the solution literally dripped all over me, and the machine skipped the drying sessions entirely.I left the salon with spray tan drops all over my skin and literally just look dirty. My hairnet was covered in drops. I left a message with the front desk representative for the manager to call me. This representative just came on duty and was very kind. The manager did call back while I was at work, but the initial customer service and equipment failure ruined my experience. Avoid this location until they fix or retire their old equipment. As far as customer service, yesterday was the first day it was negative. I have never seen her before and maybe she was having a bad day. She definitely did not want to be there or listen to what I had to say.

The location is convenient, they got me back into the booth as soon as I checked in & paid, and had plenty of towels and accommodations in the room which is always appreciated! The only reason(s) I chose 4 stars instead of 5 was the room wasn't set up / prepped once I walked in and one of the girls at the front desk had to set it up as I was walking back... usually the rooms are cleaned and prepped after each use but not a giant deal or anything. The girls were giggling about something while I was purchasing the tan at the front desk so that part I wasn't crazy about bc it just wasn't professional but not incredibly irritating or anything, just could've done without it while you're helping a customer. I did appreciate that they didn't try to talk me into a membership or products like they usually do at PBT because that is incredibly annoying and I cannot stand how often the employees are encouraged to sell products that you don't want and you feel so pushed to buy them, even when you've said no each time. But they had a solid amount of products to benefit sprays and had the "sticky feet" so the bottoms of my feet weren't dark brown which I ALWAYS love that they have haha. (No one likes gross spray tan feet right?) But over all a clean, well stocked salon, great location, reasonable price and great spray tan service when you need a quick booth tan.
