Miranda took time to look at my hair, made recommendations on color and cut, said be patient we'd get there. Almost 3 years later I get compliments on her work frequently. Also, I was told I could walk in any time when I called for the sauna. When I arrived they told me they had to heat it up and I should come back in 2 hours. I've also been when I had an appt for sauna and it wasn't heated all the way yet. I have not tried anything else at this place but there's never anyone there. I've heard good things about the mani/pedi though. Maybe it's great for that?
