I went in today to have my nails redone since they have chipped and the top clearcoat has come off within the first seven days and was told they could only fix the five that were messed up for free since it was 11 days into having them. I am new to the area and where I lived prior the nail salon would have never treated me so horribly and rude!!! I do not recommend this nail salon at all! read more

I've been going to Apex for 2 years now and I can say that every single time I leave loving my nails. I typically get a gel set with no design. They make sure to be precise every single time! They're also very kind and funny so make sure to talk to your nail tech! They are a bit pricey but I like to think of it as paying for the experience and not the polish! read more

This was my first time at Apex Nails and I had a great experience! The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star was that the receptionist didn't know exactly how long it would be until I could be helped. I was a walk in, so I understand the appointments are prioritized, so I was not upset. The receptionist told me she would call me when there was an availability, but after an hour of not receiving a call I stopped in again and I was immediately sat down. The nail technicians were knowledgeable and friendly. My nail tech Jasmin was very helpful and asked me each step of the way if I liked how my nails looked. Prices were great! Have been going to this salon for months but am now going to find a new salon. My last three dip manicures chipped within a week and for $60+ per manicure, that's unacceptable. I also schedule my next appointment before I leave and I've now had two instances where I've scheduled with the front desk girls but am not on the actual schedule day of. I went to get a soak off and new dip set on natural nails here yesterday. I could not get an appointment at the time I got off work so I did a walk in and put my name down. My only complaint is that I waited over two hours to get them done. However, once I was seated the service was great!! Jasmine helped me pick between colors and y'all.... when I tell you my nails were quite literally falling apart... they needed some work. I got a dip set at a new place two weeks before and it broke off everywhere and ruined my nails. But now my nails have never been better!! She fixed my broken nails and was so gentle with them! Hey Oxford & Ole Miss! There's a new nail salon in town. Call ahead for an appointment or just walk-in. There are plenty of Pedi-bowls (equipped with your own personal shield) & nail stations. Due to the Pandemic, additional sanitation steps are in full affect. The staff are very attentive and engaging with each customer. I've gotten my nails done at Apex 3 times now and I love coming here. Benson did an amazing job, but there was another girl who did good on my nails as well. I started getting gel there but after one manicure came off too quickly they recommended I get dip and told me how to take care of my natural nails in between getting them done. Someone said they don't do good dip manicures, but Apex is the only place I've been that has made my nails last a full 3 weeks. Love this place and how clean it is. read more

I have tried what feels like hundreds of nail salons in Oxford and they are all terrible except for Apex! The nail techs are so friendly and love getting to know you, and they always remember you. They have amazing talent in doing designs and even the basics. My nails are always shaped so well and the dip powder is always applied thinly and evenly and filed to not be so thick and never any bumps. Will never go anywhere else again! read more

Great attention to detail on your nails, totally reasonable amount of time (1.5 hours for dip mani gel pedi), actually started at my appointment time, lots of colors to pick from, everyone is super friendly, and a great physical space - very clean and cute.
