I told her I had found it not effective at getting the color to the scalp. She said " I can get it to the scalp." I asked if the fees were the same and she said yes, $120.00 wait her way. She insisted on the cap, so I allowed her to use it. She instructed me to hold the cap ties down and not tie the cap. I had to hold the ties the entire time she pulled my hair through the holes. The results were just as I had told her, I had obvious area where the color was no where near the scalp, especially in the front hair line. I had to part my hair in a certain area to cover the mess she made. I went to another salon to have it corrected. I would not recommend l.

I met Brooke BelI and asked her to give me a choppy bob using a razor since I have fine hair and it adds more body to mine. She said short hair, dimensions and such is her area her expertise so I say ok let's do this and boy did she! One look in the mirror afterwards and I can't be more pleased with the results. It looks amazing, fresh and exactly what I asked for (showed her a photo of the style and cut I'd like). I love it! So if it's gorgeous hair and affordable prices you're looking for, Brooke Bell is your girl, or rather arteest! I didn't want to share my diamond in the rough but what the hell, share the wealth right? I went for the first time asking for a mid-fade, older blonde female in the middle was the only person available. So I went to her, she quickly and a little rough did the haircut. Definitely was not a fade at all and knocked it out in less than 10 minutes. The fastest haircut I have ever gotten in my life. I was surprised and definitely a little disappointed. I just didn't say anything and took what I got. She was quiet and didn't talk much, so I wasn't sure if she was having a bad day or that's her normal self, but that was the last time I went to her for a haircut. After that, there was a younger bigger white gentleman with a nice beard to the right of her that I went to after. every time I went and got perfect service from him. I don't remember his name. Cool and talkative. I eventually caught on, that she was always available for a cut and people would tell her "I'll just wait for him". So clearly it wasn't just me. After Moving back to California, I always think about him and the shop and hope they're doing well because again the only barber I went too in Oxford.
