The shop is well-kept and clean, however I don't like my septum piercing. I'm going to let it heal…read moreand get it redone elsewhere because I didn't feel listened to as a customer despite him offering to redo it for free. He insisted that everyone's anatomy is different. I totally agree with this, but he did not take the time to feel in my nose for the "sweet spot" when I was pierced or take more than a second to check out my nose before or after putting on the clamp, so how would he know about my anatomy? Even when I pointed out that I want my jewelry to dangle from my septum rather than REST on my philtrum and that I had more real estate to work with, he still insisted everyone's anatomy is different. Like, what? I feel like I should've told him I've already had my septum pierced years ago, but I shouldn't have to "prove" I know what I want. I regret sending my friend there to have him taper her nostril piercing back open because she told me he was rough with the taper (twisting, shoving, etc.)

I used to go here just because I lived close to it, but ever since they made updates to their services I don't think I'll ever go anywhere else! It used to be a normal nail experience with random reality TV playing and lots of noise and chaos. Now, it's a relaxing spa experience. I love their new pedicure options, I love the complementary beverage, I love the relaxing music and relaxing TV images. They are well staffed and incredibly efficient. The main nail artist (who also does waxing and eyelashes) never ceases to amaze me. She checks over the other staff's work and makes corrections. She has an incredible eye to detail and I really trust her. I highly recommend booking your next nail or waxing service here!
