What I did not expect was to leave with my hair chemically destroyed--breaking off in chunks, unbrushable, and impossible to even part. I've cried every day since. I followed her guidance, never demanded anything risky, and was told the bleach wash would be part of the lightening process. I was never warned it would result in this level of damage. After sending her videos of my hair falling out and asking for help, I was blocked instead of supported. I received only a partial refund despite paying $468, and I'm now having to deal with the emotional and financial burden of trying to repair something that never should've happened. Since posting about this, several others have reached out sharing similar experiences--some even with photos of chemical burns and breakage. This review isn't to "bash" anyone. It's to protect the next person. If you're considering a chemical service here, especially something involving bleach, please be cautious and get everything clearly explained and in writing. I'd been growing my hair out for several months, in addition to a beard, and asked her to ONLY even up the ends and thin it out. 20 minutes later, I see 2.5 inches of hair cut off laying on the floor. This "stylist" (and I use the term loosely) is like a bad surgeon that likes to keep hacking away at something. Rather than snipping ends here and there, she cut off layers one inch at a time and kept going until everything "looked even". Even my beard suffered abuse around my ears. Stay away from this butcher shop. Treat it like the plague.
