I got their address from their website which wasn't updated so it was the wrong address. By the time I got to the right location, I was 15 mins late for my appt. Because of that, they only gave me a 45 minute massage. I know that schedules are made and have to be abided by, but during my conversation with my massage therapist, I learned she had a gap between appointments after me. It was extremely frustrating that they couldn't do the extra 15 mins, since after all, their website is wrong and that's why I was late. And it's not like they had another client right after me. Finally--my manicure. What a disappointment. First of all, I booked and paid for the spa manicure. The description says wine, music, "body melting" arm massage and a skin softening mask treatment. I got a nail soak, push of the cuticles and a horrible polish job. No wine, no music, no cuticle trimming, no massage and no skin softening treatment. I was thinking, "is this a joke?" I could have complained, and maybe I should have. But I could tell my nail tech was trying really hard. So it's not like complaining would have done anything. She just wasn't good. I feel bad writing this review because you can tell the owner really cares about this place, but I hope he fixes some of these issues.

I've gotten this done before, just not at Vitality. The lady who waxed me was nice, but did not know what she was doing. She was unsure of what direction my hair was growing but kept waxing multiple areas which caused one patch of hair to be CLUMPED in wax. She then tried to cut it out but it was painful (& i have a high pain tolerance when it comes to waxing) She waxed that same area until the patch of hair was gone, again, very painful. At this point, the wax was all over me. I was stuck to the paper on the table. When everything was done, i got up to put my clothes back on. This was when i realized my ass checks were stuck together because of all of the wax she let get all over me & the table.
