The situation escalated, and the owner became physically aggressive toward her. At no point was my friend rude, aggressive, or confrontational. She was a respectful customer and did nothing to warrant this behavior. This experience was frightening and traumatic. Based on what occurred, I do not recommend this business to anyone.

He insisted that everyone's anatomy is different. I totally agree with this, but he did not take the time to feel in my nose for the "sweet spot" when I was pierced or take more than a second to check out my nose before or after putting on the clamp, so how would he know about my anatomy? Even when I pointed out that I want my jewelry to dangle from my septum rather than REST on my philtrum and that I had more real estate to work with, he still insisted everyone's anatomy is different. Like, what? I feel like I should've told him I've already had my septum pierced years ago, but I shouldn't have to "prove" I know what I want. I regret sending my friend there to have him taper her nostril piercing back open because she told me he was rough with the taper (twisting, shoving, etc.)

Everyone was SO nice! Their AC was out at the time so they allowed us to wait in our car and called us in when it was time for the piercings. The piercers were professional and knowledgeable, and the piercings themselves were as quick and painless as possible! The prices were also extremely reasonable. Both our piercings look great and are showing no signs of irritation or infection I highly recommended Lucky 7 for any of your piercing needs! Only thing to note is that their parking lot is a bit hard to get to/get out of. I recommend coming to them from the south for ease of parking!

The piercer told me that the jewelry was NOT fake, Shortly; three days later after getting my ears pierced, I had excruciating PAIN in both of my ears. My ears bubbled up with blisters, so I then went to my doctor and they told me that I had a infection and that the jewelry was in fact FAKE. I called Sky Monkeys after my doctor had informed me that the jewelry was fake, and they told me to come in the next day. I proceeded to go as they told me to, and they were inconveniently closed due to "personal reasons". 10/10 Do NOT recommend , this place along with its employees are a JOKE. Save your time, money, and an ear infection and choose somewhere else.

I came in for a septum piercing and the piercer was very nice. unfortunately, i was having awful…read morepain and swelling afterwards for multiple days. i washed it 2-3 times a day as the piercer recommended. i've had multiple piercings before and had never had this reaction. it got to the point where i couldn't touch my face or smile without being in pain. i went to another piercer (someone I had been to before) who took out the jewelry for me. she said the piercing was in the COMPLETELY wrong spot - it was in the cartilage of my nose (where it should not be). she also said the jewelry did not appear to be surgical steel (which is the standard for piercings) and it looked like nickel - which is an irritant. the piercer i trust mentioned that it looked infected and i should go to the doctor immediately for antibiotics immediately. ultimately this piercing was extremely painful, i had the jewelry taken out, and my nose is still swollen and painful days later. i do not recommend coming here for a piercing.
