He insisted that everyone's anatomy is different. I totally agree with this, but he did not take the time to feel in my nose for the "sweet spot" when I was pierced or take more than a second to check out my nose before or after putting on the clamp, so how would he know about my anatomy? Even when I pointed out that I want my jewelry to dangle from my septum rather than REST on my philtrum and that I had more real estate to work with, he still insisted everyone's anatomy is different. Like, what? I feel like I should've told him I've already had my septum pierced years ago, but I shouldn't have to "prove" I know what I want. I regret sending my friend there to have him taper her nostril piercing back open because she told me he was rough with the taper (twisting, shoving, etc.)

Everyone was SO nice! Their AC was out at the time so they allowed us to wait in our car and called us in when it was time for the piercings. The piercers were professional and knowledgeable, and the piercings themselves were as quick and painless as possible! The prices were also extremely reasonable. Both our piercings look great and are showing no signs of irritation or infection I highly recommended Lucky 7 for any of your piercing needs! Only thing to note is that their parking lot is a bit hard to get to/get out of. I recommend coming to them from the south for ease of parking!

The situation escalated, and the owner became physically aggressive toward her. At no point was my friend rude, aggressive, or confrontational. She was a respectful customer and did nothing to warrant this behavior. This experience was frightening and traumatic. Based on what occurred, I do not recommend this business to anyone.
