I used to go here just because I lived close to it, but ever since they made updates to their services I don't think I'll ever go anywhere else! It used to be a normal nail experience with random reality TV playing and lots of noise and chaos. Now, it's a relaxing spa experience. I love their new pedicure options, I love the complementary beverage, I love the relaxing music and relaxing TV images. They are well staffed and incredibly efficient. The main nail artist (who also does waxing and eyelashes) never ceases to amaze me. She checks over the other staff's work and makes corrections. She has an incredible eye to detail and I really trust her. I highly recommend booking your next nail or waxing service here!

I have gotten my hair cut here 3 times now and have always had a good experience. However, as I was…read moreattending the MSU v Mizzou game this evening, my opinion was altered. My friends and I mistakenly sat in the Visitor's section instead of the student section and were made aware that we were taking up someone else's seats. Before we could get up to leave, the guy sitting directly behind me began aggressively yelling at me to get up and leave. After I asked him to calm down, he kept yelling in my face and said he would either hit me or get security to get me out. I was shocked when I looked to the left and saw the sweet hairdresser who had cut my hair this previous Thursday. To my surprise, the boy yelling at me seemed to be her boyfriend (Bama fan btw) whom we had briefly spoken about during my appointment. I could not believe it, partly because of the coincidence and partly because I had assumed this man could not have been older than 17. While her service was great, her boyfriend is an embarrassing POS and I hope he doesn't speak to her the way he spoke to me. She should break up with him. Also my face framing pieces are choppy, which is why I rate 3 stars.
