Owner is terribly rude. She shouted at me in her language because I refused to get my nails done after she rudely told me she'd get to me when she could. She did this in front of customers, too! I could hear her even after the door closed as I gracefully walked out. Extremely rude, nasty and unprofessional. And I was POLITE and she was still nasty. Told me my nails where old after I cut them down myself. They are in fact just crooks I was charged 20.00 for a partial fill in never will return! Lost a customer today. I been getting my nails done for years never heard they where too old to fill. Not to mention one tech would sit down in get up another tech asks you the same questions I wasted a whole hour going to this shop. Don't get your nails done here. I went once and the polish chipped within a few days. Today I thought I'd give them a second chance. I showed up around 2, without an appointment. I was completely ignored for over an hour. One person came over when I finally spoke up and put fresh hot water in for my feet as it had gone cold. After a few minutes massaging my legs and pumicing my feet the technician then started to work on two girls. Two other women who had come in after me were already getting polish put on. Now I've been there for 90 minutes and have read 170 pages of my book. I gave up and left. I won't be back and will be telling everyone I know about their terrible service. read more

When I get a pedicure, I like for it to "hurt so good." That sounds weird, but I don't want someone gently massaging my feet and legs, or ignoring the callouses that have formed since the last pedicure I got. At Lucky, they have the really hardcore exfoliating cream, the tool that resembles a cheese grater for your dead skin, and they do a fabulous job of shaping up your nails and cuticles. read more

I treated myself to a French Manicure Mother's Day at Lucky Nails. I was pleased for my first time. I went back today for a "fill" they call it. The girl rushed through and after she finished I was highly disappointed. The white tips are uneven and she filed my nail base down so that now I have a line across my nails that looks terrible. I went back in when I got outside to see how bad it really looked. I was told to talk to the older guy. He was working on one of the pedicure stations so didn't help me. Another older woman gave me a sad story that "someone else" had filed my nail base down too much!! Really!! I asked her if they going to fix it, she said, "come back 3 weeks". I told her no and I didn't like the way it looked. They would not fix it and even though the guy knew what was going on, he never intervened. I went back for a second time after getting my nails done to get repairs to my nails. The first time two nails had the paint chipped after a couple days. Then a couple days later, another one chipped. The first time they didn't charge me. I'm not sure if the fact that I was in uniform helped or not (probably so). It wasn't my intent to get special treatment, I just didn't want my nails looking bad. The second time I was in regular clothes. The guy who I assume is a manager was instantly rude to me when I asked about getting my nails fixed. He said it's old. I'm like I was just in here and if the polish is old, that's y'all's fault. Then as he sat me down he was saying you didn't read the sign? You have to pay $5. The sign said once you leave, they aren't responsible. Which I think is horrible. I was upset because this wasn't my fault. Then he tried to tell me that I slammed my finger in the door. Sir, were you with me, no I did not. This is on you. I said y'all just want to take my money and he agreed. Smh! I told him. No worries, I won't be back. Customer service is a big one in my book and if you are rude and disrespectful, it's time to go. Don't go here! Find somewhere you get quality service and are appreciated for the money you spend. read more

Went for a pedicure. Was waited on super quickly, which was a plus for sure. 2 stars bc as they removed my previous gel, they used an electric file and filed waaaay too deep. I had to stop them on 2 different occasions because it hurt so badly. A Couple of weeks later, I am now having a really hard time removing the polish because the nail is so thin. read more

I went for a fun day with my friends. I asked for medium length acrylics, and for $40 i was expecting them to look better than they did. They advertised that they could do designs, but when I asked them to do a pretty basic flame on my ring finger, they couldn't do it. Then, my acrylic thumb nail came out very crooked, and when i showed the guy doing my nails, he just filed it down really thin but didn't really fix it. Not worth the price. read more

I paid $40 for a gel shellac manicure and they proceeded to use used nail files on my nails (that had been used on pedicures and other manicures and were very dirty) and filed them down so thin that they split down the middle and bled! I kept having to stop him and tell him it was hurting but he didn't even understand what I was saying. I've never had my nails do that before! The polish was very uneven looking but I was unable to communicate with the young man that was doing my nails. Also there was polish hanging over all over the skin of my fingers so when I went home I had to cut it off so it didn't rip off. That wasn't really the issue though. The polish didn't stay on for more than a few days before it just lifted up, when I'm used to having gel stay in my nails for 3-4 weeks. I'm lucky it came off because underneath the nail polish dark spots had started appearing! Again, I've never experienced any of this before. I can't believe this place is still in business, there's got to be some sort of health code violations going on. read more

The pedicure was okay, but for $55, $75 with gel, I expected a little more attention to detail and a foot massage. The real issue is with the manicure: I got a soak-off first and the blue paint got all over my hands, which the manicurist didn't even attempt to clean off. She rolled her eyes at me through the entire thing, got an attitude, and made my nails all lumpy and uneven as a result. I'll need to go to another place to get this disaster fixed tomorrow. I went here first since I am new to Colombus, but I will never step foot in this place again. read more

I have a serious hang nail problem and they had no issue digging and cutting them out when I get a pedicure. That's really hard to find in a nail salon. The prices are fairly decent and fair for a nail salon as well. The place is kept very clean and they sanitize everything. I'll be coming back for sure. read more

I don't often leave reviews on yelp but this place was absolutely awful. They were sort of busy so he rushed to do my manicure. Then, they began arguing and were yelling across the store at one another. They did a horrible job painting my nails and it chipped as I was walking out of the store. I got acrylic and they didn't put it back far enough so it already looks like I need a fill in. I wouldn't ever come back here and don't waste your money. read more
