I got a massage from Chyna and it was AMAZING. Definitely one of the top 3 massages I've ever had--and I get massages every few months. I have some complaints, though. I got their address from their website which wasn't updated so it was the wrong address. By the time I got to the right location, I was 15 mins late for my appt. Because of that, they only gave me a 45 minute massage. I know that schedules are made and have to be abided by, but during my conversation with my massage therapist, I learned she had a gap between appointments after me. It was extremely frustrating that they couldn't do the extra 15 mins, since after all, their website is wrong and that's why I was late. And it's not like they had another client right after me. Finally--my manicure. What a disappointment. First of all, I booked and paid for the spa manicure. The description says wine, music, "body melting" arm massage and a skin softening mask treatment. I got a nail soak, push of the cuticles and a horrible polish job. No wine, no music, no cuticle trimming, no massage and no skin softening treatment. I was thinking, "is this a joke?" I could have complained, and maybe I should have. But I could tell my nail tech was trying really hard. So it's not like complaining would have done anything. She just wasn't good. I feel bad writing this review because you can tell the owner really cares about this place, but I hope he fixes some of these issues.

They prohibit thing naked, which was fine with us, but down to underwear is expected. Also, it's an opposite-sex massage therapist (I got a woman, my wife a man) butt, again, no problem. The massage is the best either of us has ever had. The massage therapist climbs up on the table and steadies by hanging onto taking mounted on the ceiling. Get ready for hands, knees, and feet grinding away your muscle aches and pains. The massage was a full hour and was $70 for the hour. For another $10, you can get hot stones placed on your back. I did it and loved it; my wife wasn't offered and missed out. I highly recommend this place. The customer interaction is so-so due to language barriers but the massage rocks.
