If you need a brazilian wax, do NOT go here…read more I'm normally not one to write reviews but this needs to be documented. I went here to get a Brazilian wax. I've gotten this done before, just not at Vitality. The lady who waxed me was nice, but did not know what she was doing. She was unsure of what direction my hair was growing but kept waxing multiple areas which caused one patch of hair to be CLUMPED in wax. She then tried to cut it out but it was painful (& i have a high pain tolerance when it comes to waxing) She waxed that same area until the patch of hair was gone, again, very painful. At this point, the wax was all over me. I was stuck to the paper on the table. When everything was done, i got up to put my clothes back on. This was when i realized my ass checks were stuck together because of all of the wax she let get all over me & the table. Like I said, i have had brazilian waxes before, so I have a pretty good understanding of what is supposed to happen. Please, please, please do not go here for a wax.

She was very cold and looked at me as if I didn't belong there. Fortunately, my massage therapist was extremely nice and warm, and I truly enjoyed my experience with her. After my massage, I also had a pedicure from a nail tech who wasn't friendly, either. I asked her a question about nails, and she just brushed it off. From then on, my experience at this spa could not be redeemed. I would not return here. Take your money somewhere else for friendlier service.
