Every visit feels personalized and welcoming. But one experience completely took this to another level. I drove 45 minutes from Memphis just to visit this location (that's how much I love it, it's the closest one), only to arrive and see a sign on the door that they were closed for the day due to HVAC work. Completely my fault! I hadn't checked social media or their website beforehand. I wasn't upset at all and just headed back to my car. I double checked with the gentleman right inside to make sure still closed, and yes unfortunately etc etc. A few minutes later, someone knocked on my window and it was the owner! She heard me mention "oh no! Haha I guess if I'm driving from Memphis to here I need to start checking! I'm such a goober." She told me they would open the salon just for me since I had driven all that way. What followed was hands-down one of the most above-and-beyond customer service experiences I've ever had. They gave me full VIP treatment--helping me choose the right services, walking me through the best order to do everything, and even correcting little things I didn't realize I'd been doing wrong in my routine. They were warm, genuine, and truly invested in making sure I had the best experience possible. And the moment that absolutely made me go to great lengths to write this review was I mentioned how much I loved their robes and wanted to buy one but wished they had longer ones since I'm 6'1". She literally went to her house, grabbed a box of the longer robes, brought them back, and put one aside with my name on it. I mean... who does that? Above and beyond doesn't even begin to describe that. This is what real customer service looks like. This is what it looks like when people genuinely care about their clients and their community. No matter where I travel, I will always make it a point to visit a Glo Tanning. I'm completely sold. I believe a closer salon is opening near me in the next year and I am so excited!

Where do I start... I would not recommend and this is MY experience only and once my time is up I…read morewill not be going back . The hours are not good. The last lay is at 5:45, which is hard if you're coming from Tupelo and you get off at 5. They are closed on Sunday. For 2 months out of the year they are open til 7 . The only 2 good beds that are bronzing beds are the ones I use and one of them has been broken for some time now. So that leaves me with 1 bed I can lay in . The others are garbage to me. Sometimes I don't even get to lay bc that bed is taken and the last lay is 5:45 bc they close at 6, and I get there at 5:35 bc of travel. One day I was stung on my back by a wasp and I had to leave immediately bc I am allergic . Today I didn't get to lay bc there are stink bugs flying around in the only decent bed they have . So many times I get there and then I end up leaving bc I can't get a decent bed and one is broken down . If you want to lay in a regular bed there's plenty but that's not what I signed up for. I have witnessed people trying to get refunds ( and they don't do that ) this will be my last month to pay for . I can do better in Tupelo where I don't have to rush driving to get somewhere not knowing if I will be able to tan or not
