First positive: My stylist was ready for me at appointment time. She consulted with me fully and didn't make me feel bad about my opposing cowlicks! Katrice understood exactly what I requested & she also gave me a few lite suggestions that were excellent. She is professional and knowledgeable. She quickly got started on my highlights and worked to incorporate them into my previously colored hair. After the consult and allotted time for My highlights, I was taken to the shampoo bowl where I received the best shampoo & toning from Kailey. She explained everything she was doing prior to doing it; she asked about my comfort; she made sure to tell me she'd be gone for a minute or two while waiting for the to I g. She conferred with Katrice & I received a nice neck massage after lifting from the bowl. Back to the chair and Katrice dried my hair before cutting my bangs( I asked for a dry cut). She did an excellent job and left me feeling incredible about my hair! She is a true artist and professional. I will be driving back from OKC every 6-8 weeks to see her. It's worth the drive! No one paid me to attend school, so I would jump at the chance to get something cheaper any time it was available. Even now that I am licensed, I find myself going to Sally for brushes and combs and a lot of my pedicure items. It is one of the only beauty supply stores that is open to the public- most require a Cosmo license now. They have a large aisle filled to the gills with hair color products. Of course, it is not the box-hair-color. *shudder* Even Sally knows the ramifications of using box dye on your lovely locks. What's a clueless gal to do when she finds herself in the aisles of Sally's hair coloring and knows not how to formulate said color? Simply ask the staff inside the store. Most Sally's require a Cosmo license to work on site, and they can help you figure out your natural level and what shade you should put on to achieve your desired color. I love this particular location. The staff is super friendly, and I've witnessed them help many a clueless gal on many occasion. They never act like it is putting them out, they actually seem excited to offer their customers hair care advice.

I have been getting the premium soaps with Shea in them for a while now and I love it! I cut it with Dove Moisture Body Wash for extra softening suds in the shower. I step out smelling like one soft, sexy, badass, clean hunk of a man!! It's a tough life fighting off all of the ladies after I get all clean and stuff but hey, someone has to do it. I am unable to wash my own hair for the moment and I needed a hair wash/blown dry. I left with a bit too much product that I actually requested. But I got home and just wasn't happy with the heaviness of product. I returned intending to pay to reward HH it but no one on the salon would allow me. They rewashed, refried, and refused yo accept any payment or tip. I left feeling very blessed indeed! Thank you Lee
