The young girl at the front told me ALL beds on my level (yes both stand up and lay down) were occupied and ALL "just" went back for 12 mins each or so- so I'd have to wait or upgrade. My fault for being on a tight schedule and trying to fit this in- I decided to upgrade though and pay some money to PBT so I could tan and be on schedule. It wasn't a big deal until I walk back to my new bed and walk past TWO open doors to open rooms to the level I have my membership in, even though the girl up front just told me they were occupied. At best, this is a lazy employee who didn't want to clean those beds. At worst, this is an employee who is practicing poor dishonest sales tactics. Wonder how many other people they do this to. Will not be returning here and will probably be cancelling my membership all together.

ALSO about a month and a half ago with the same girl at the front desk, I went tanning in the first booth on the left (high pressure bed) I had the door opened up on me and it was wide open the entire time I was tanning....they tried to tell me that I didn't lock the door or close the door all the way and that's why both doors were wide open for everyone to look in at me while tanning. Well now every time I go tanning here I take a video of me locking the door and making sure it's completely closed so they couldn't tell me otherwise next this happens.
