I wish I'd have seen Ryan M's review. Palisade Pedicab treated me exactly the same as they treated him. They took my money, reserved a different date from the date I requested and despite telling me they would fix it, they never fixed it after numerous attempts of me trying to get it fixed. They just went totally silent for 3 months. They never answered any of my emails or texts and you can call but they do not answer the phone and the mailbox is always full. So I'm out the money and I ended up getting Peachy Pedicab who was responsive and very personable. Run fast away from Palisade Pedicab unless you want to hand your money over for absolutely no service. read more

If possible I'd give 0 stars. Mark was belligerent on the phone leading up to our tour, he was not timely either. When he did show up at the hotel to begin, he seemed disorganized and under the influence. He was not professional, blamed his tardiness on "technical difficulties" (not really sure what that meant). We couldn't clearly understand what he was saying as he was slurring/mumbling his words, holding his phone while biking (dropping his phone), blowing stop signs and swaying the pedicap into the curb and off the road. When we arrived to our first tasting he could barely stand up straight and was leaning over the bar counter. He did drink water during that 25 min tasting but he dropped his phone again before leaving and almost fell over. His behavior seemed to be getting worse. When we got back into the pedicap to our next destination we knew we needed to end this trip because Mark had no idea where he was going, how late some of the wineries were open and seemed very unprofessional. When we got to the second winery (Sauvage Spectrum), the tasting room lead (John) quickly noticed how messed up this pedicab driver looked and asked us if he was okay and we figured this was just how he always was. We had nothing to compare this to because we are just traveling through Palisade for the day. We thought booking a service like this would be responsible and prevent any drinking/driving but I think I would have been safer driving the bicycle myself or walking. John noticed Mark running over chairs, leaning over wine barrels and not being able to stand up straight. John got us started on a tasting and called another service to help us out as he was also afraid for us to leave with Mark. He called Dave at Pali-Tours to come to our rescue and we are so glad he came to save the day! Both Dave & John are hero's for allowing us to still have this winery tour that we were expecting and also defusing the situation with Mark. Another employee at Sauvage Spectrum (Amanda) talked to Mark and got him to call his wife to end the tour. Mark acknowledged that he wasn't capable of continuing the tour and, "wasn't feeling right". He also said, "I'm sure you recognized my erratic driving". We safely continued our tour with Dave and was able to visit a couple more wineries with a more relaxing atmosphere we were hoping for when we initially booked. I would NOT recommend Mark at Palisade Pedicabs and I would 100% recommend Dave at Pali-Tours! So much so, we're coming back next year to book another excursion with him! read more

This is absolutely a must-do if you're in Palisade! I can guarantee you, there's no better way to visit the wineries and Mark is amazing! Not only did he pick the perfect wineries (based on our wine preferences) but he's just an incredible source of knowledge about the area in general - history, things to do, you name it and he knows it. And his picture taking skills?! Don't even get me started! He knows the best spots for the best pictures at every.single.winery. We ended up with tons of portrait worthy pics and are so grateful for the memories. While we did have Mark as our driver, we bumped into several of his team throughout the day and they were all incredibly friendly, funny, and helpful - you just cannot go wrong with this company. The little things make a difference and their customer service goes above and beyond (think: boxing up our wine, keeping track of it from stop to stop, walking us in to different wineries , and helping us unload at the end of the day). And not to mention, they'll pick you up and drop you off anywhere in Palisade on the day of your tour - so no need to worry about how much wine you drink, they've got you covered! I'm not sure how a day could be more perfect...riding around in the sunny, beautiful weather with your best friends, listening to great music and drinking wine. I assure you, your winery trip will not be complete if you don't do it in one of Mark's pedicabs. *Travel Tip* Ubers and Lyfts are essentially non-existent here but after 4pm you can contact Palisade Pedicab and they'll pick you up and drop you off anywhere in Palisade for $20. read more

The day that I was supposed to go on the tour is the same day that the previous reviewer posted that Mark showed up to their tour drunk, so I guess it worked out better that I didn't go, but I figured I should still share my experience. I had to wait to post this until the complaint I filed with my bank was resolved. I had a tour booked for a Saturday in July. The day before I was scheduled to go, I got a voicemail asking if I could get picked up at 11:30 instead of noon as scheduled. Before I had a chance to respond, I then got a text that said they sent me the wrong message earlier and instead of an early pickup, they had to cancel my tour altogether and would issue me a refund asap. This tour was the whole reason I went to Palisade, so since I couldn't do it, I changed my plans to go home early. The morning my tour was scheduled, I got a call from Mark saying that he thinks we connected the day before about the 11:30 pickup but wanted to confirm that would work. I told him that they called and left me a voicemail about that but then texted me telling me they had to cancel my tour and were going to give me a refund. He sounded confused and said he'd call me back. I never heard back. I then got the email saying the tour was cancelled, but there was nothing about the refund. I responded to the email asking about it, but I didn't get a response. I then texted Mark and asked him about it and said that I got the cancellation email but I haven't gotten anything about the refund. He responded and asked if I paid by Venmo. I said no, told him I paid by card, and gave him my booking number. I never heard anything back via text or email. I ended up having to file a complaint with my bank to get my money back. Of course, he didn't respond to the complaint, so it took over 3 months for it to be finalized. I don't know what the issue is or was and can understand that sometimes things happen, but not issuing or responding about the refund that THEY promised because THEY were the ones who canceled last minute is unacceptable. And for what it's worth, my hotel also said this company is unreliable and they hear a lot of complaints, so it makes me question all of the positive reviews. read more

It was ok- wouldn't do again though as it was a waste of money. We only made it to 3 wineries in the 4 hour time frame. Didn't spend more then 30 min at the first 2 locations and then did a little over an hour at the last one just to finish up the 4 hours. He originally said when I booked we would make it to 5-6 wineries... I don't see how that is possible but I think our driver was newer and didn't know how to get around town. What a great day! Had so much fun touring the wineries via pedi-cab. Nick, our driver, was so much fun and really mindful of our time and our wine interests! He made sure we were able to see the wineries we requested and took us to a few great ones that we'd never heard of. He had great knowledge of the area and took us by some great photo worthy spots. It was such a fun way to travel around town. He was so sweet to check in that evening to see if we needed a ride to our restaurant for dinner!
