Above and beyond does not even start to describe Dave. We called for a kayak/ wine tour and the winery's were closed cuz #covid. Leave it up to the man to offer to grab the kayaks for us, meet us at spoke and vine and drop us off. We were able to enjoy some adult beverages and enjoy the beautiful Colorado River. Family fun! Dave was amazing! Took us and all our kids to the Alpaca Farm where we learned about these friendly alpacas and took them for a walk! Then we headed off to an apricot orchard where we each picked a bag of fresh apricots and then finished off the day with an ice cream and pie stop before calling it an afternoon. Kids loved it! We went on this rafting/wine tour today. The morning was spent rafting on the Colorado river. Afternoon was a winery tour. It was a great day. Dave our tour guide was fantastic. He customized our tour on the fly. After visiting several wineries we asked if there was anyplace that had hard cider. Dave knew were to go and took us there. He provided great insight into the town As for Janet A's review below, I was in the vehicle. I did not see your vehicle. I was a disintrested party. You behavior was witnessed by many other people. But no matter what happened, you came up on the driver and started cussing him out. You are a vile woman that needs to get a life. Do not, I repeat, do not take this tour. The speed limit in the area in which Ii was driving is 35 mph. I was traveling east, the tour bus was traveling west and turned in front of me and was so close that I had to hit the brakes. When I finished feeding my horses I was traveling west and the tour bus was still parked at Palisade Pies so I stopped and asked the driver if he could not see the white pickup that almost hit him. He said we were traveling 60 mph. We travel this road twice a day and top speed limit is 40. Do not go with him, you are traveling with a blind man. read more
