Overall it just wasn't a great experience outside of being there with friends. 1.5 stars for the service, 2 stars for price, and maybe 2 stars for the food. Would generally not recommend.

We live near here and have a business two doors down so have eaten at the Palace many times over the years. I never considered writing a review until last evening when my wife and I went for a date. I typically order gyros, fries and a greek salad because they are all awesome, but last night decided on one of "George's" steaks. I was soo blow away by the quality of the ribeye that I had to talk with George about it. He reports that his steaks are hand cut and never frozen, this way he can be assured of the quality and freshness. This ribeye was grilled perfectly to a medium rare, with a nice crust. The server had asked what steak sauce we would like and, I assure you, there is NO WAY I WOULD ALLOW STEAK SAUCE TO COME ANYWHERE NEAR THAT GLORIOUS RIBEYE. Now I am hoping to convince George to teach me to grill a steak that good. Seriously, IMHO, this is as good as a steak you will find anywhere. There "greek fries" are pretty delicious as well. Finally, cudos to Burr Oak Brewing for their "cream ale" which really went well with the steak. read more
