My recent experience with them was absolutely unacceptable -- borderline scam-level behavior. I scheduled both a driving lesson and a road test for my daughter. The lesson was supposed to take place right before the test, giving her time to practice, calm her nerves, and prepare. What actually happened? The instructor showed up minutes before the road test. There was no lesson, no warm-up, no time to even get comfortable in the car. He rushed her to the DMV and dropped her off -- and that was it. Despite this, they charged us full price for both the lesson and the test. No apology. No accountability. Just a dishonest cash grab. This isn't just bad customer service -- it's a scam. When you hire a driving school, you expect them to care about your child's success and safety. All Care Driving School showed none of that. They clearly don't value their customers, their time, or their trust. Do not waste your money. Do not trust this business. Report them if you've experienced anything similar.

We're soooo glad we used them because my daughter passed her road test! We highly recommend them because: 1. Their website is very helpful in picking the package you prefer. 2. The gentleman who answered the phone was very helpful. 3. They will call for reminders. 4. They're accomodating (was able to pick up and drop off my daughter from her local college). 5. Bell is different - they are straight with what they offer, customer service and booking were excellent, and their policies are clear. Peter was my instructor and he was, in a word, outstanding. He was very encouraging, patient, and thorough with his teaching. Although I failed my first test due to my own negligence, Peter helped me work out my kinks and I passed on my 2nd try a week later. I would absolutely recommend him, as some others have here! I also want to specifically highlight how accommodating they were when it came to lesson pickups. I live in East Queens but Bell largely operate in Long Island. I thought that it would be a hurdle, but we agreed to meet in Bayside for my lessons. If you're in Queens and want a solid school, don't overlook Bell!
