I took the Zoom Defensive Driving class for Insurance discount and point reduction. The instructor Dan L was wonderful. He taught well and made everything easy to understand. I am a driver of many years and yet I still learned so much more in this class. Dan is pleasant and answered all our questions. He kept the class going with his teaching skills and before you know it the 6 hours were over. I will be back in 3 years. read more

I would give zero stars if I could. I called asked about driving packages received a price quote. Called 10 minutes later to set up dates and was told there are added fees. I said I just called 10 minutes ago. Also because I live south of Montauk hwy there were additional fees because it is a further distance. When I repeated that there's an additional fee for living south of Montauk hwy? Her response was that's my boss's rule.... Be very careful of hidden fees. read more

Me and a bunch of other students I never met all got into Frank De`Angelo's car a few months back and we didn't know each other. But soon after the first day we all became friends. Me and all my new friends all now love Frank. He is such a genuine nice person. We got free snacks when ever we wanted and talked about life as if we all new frank for years. I would recommend this driving school to anyone. Based on the experience I had with my son getting his license, they were punctual, flexible and just outright nice people. when I called on the phone the receptionist are sweet and patient. My son ended up getting his license at the first try. They were even flexible enough to pick up my son from his job on the days when his lessons were schedule close to him getting off work. This institution completely and utterly lacked any social distancing measures and respect for the health of their customers, and was extremely unsafe. Not a single employee besides one was wearing a mask, even though they had signs up that required people coming in to wear one. They had plexiglass shields up between counter but with a gap in the bottom for the employee to talk right through. Good thinking. Then, one of the instructors walked in from teaching a lesson with a student, and remarked to an employee that he was "going to get a covid test" because he "wasn't feeling well" and then proceed to go back outside and get back in the car with a student, while he himself suspected he could have covid-19. Then, another driving instructor walked in with a mask in his hand, not on his face, and proceed to walk straight by us until we stopped him. A complete lack of respect for the health of their customers was shown. Will not be coming back and will be reporting to the department of health. read more

I recommend this Driving School to anyone... my son did soooooo amazing and past his road test.. his lessons were worth spending my money... Jann and I believe James were his instructors they made him feel so comfortable and confident and encouraged him... they are the best!!! Terrible company ... Very unorganized If you want a great instructor you may have to go through 2 or three bad ones 1st... Also the receptionist are horrible and rude. When I asked for my money back she told me you signed a contract and you wouldn't be getting your deposit back. I then said I never signed a contract, please find my contract and email it to me... She then said well your instructor dint have time to get you to sign the contract. ... She was lying and tried to get off the phone very quick as she knew she was caught in a lie. The manager then got on the phone and I explained what happened and he said my money would be refunded... These people are the worst and VERY UNORGANISED... I should also mention that on my 1st lesson the instructor told me to put the Car in DRIVE to go in REVERSE ..... read more

On saturday september 12, they planned a 5 Hours Pre Licence Course at 10 am (Huntington). The course started at 11 because they didn't have a teacher. Nobody of the school show up to open the office and to explain which was the inconvenience. Irresponsible and unprofessional. And beware about the owners of another mini mall's stores, rudes and aggressives about the parking lot. read more
