He was very encouraging, patient, and thorough with his teaching. Although I failed my first test due to my own negligence, Peter helped me work out my kinks and I passed on my 2nd try a week later. I would absolutely recommend him, as some others have here! I also want to specifically highlight how accommodating they were when it came to lesson pickups. I live in East Queens but Bell largely operate in Long Island. I thought that it would be a hurdle, but we agreed to meet in Bayside for my lessons. In the end, he took him to the test location then denied to give his car. Even tho my father practiced on that car with him, he couldn't arrange any car in last minute, and ended up failing the test. And in the end he complained that the person could not understand english and can't drive etc. Then why he didn't tell this before in all the 6 classes, he just completed them and then didn't care if we passed or not. While I was taking the daytime classes I hear an excellent thing about Dr. Bains her knowledge and expertise for the course I was taking was second to none.
