Yes, we were intoxicated, but enough to comprehend that this place would never be rented by us again! This place is 100% needs to be shut down and I will do everything in my Will to make sure that this happens! This place is an illegal After Hours drinking spot. Look them up on TikTok to see what I am talking about and how their staff acts! After having a conversation with the management, he then fired his staff on the spot because of what has been going on! Stop lying! Because I am not going anywhere! This was 100% unacceptable and you did nothing to make it right that night! The sound system went off, the AC was shut off and we stayed in a freaking hot ass room! The back room where we went to speak to the staff about this. Where we were told to speak to the staff about this had people high off of their mind passed out.! super sad environment! This place is not for families to rent! We have to send the management back his contract for him to know what was on there! He had no idea that the set up was from 8 to 11. When we got upstairs, we were told to set up and they would clean after we left to go home and get ready.. we set up in a dirty place! Super SAD! Nothing about this place screamed professional! NOTHING!

I remember reading Yelp Reviews for The Pineapple Patio and thought what a trendy idea. I wanted to…read morecheck out the Pineapple Patio and had this place bookmarked. This was a year ago, I didn't get a chance to until recently. I wanted to check out Sweet Mango's showroom which happens to be at The Pineapple Patio. From what I read, they do pop up events at The Pineapple Patio. The location of The Pineapple Patio is on South King St. right after the pet hospital and Central Pacific Bank. Stay on your far left lane as South King St. is one way. Make a left when you see State Farm Insurance. What I dislike about this place is the parking lot. Parking is very limited and very tight. I had a hard time parking my vehicle and hard time getting out. Once you find parking, you hit the buzzer for your pop up business and someone will come down to open the glass door for you. Walk up the stairs and you will see all the different vendors. During my visit to The Pineapple Patio, I had to pick up my son and was in a rush. I didn't get to browse around to the other vendors. What caught my eyes were all the plant and succulent across of the Sweet Mango's showroom, I wanted to check it out but had to leave right after. I will check it out when I have more time. Sweet Mango's products and showroom is so neat and organized. I loved the pineapple design prints on most of the merchandise, it is so nice and colorful. I had to get a pineapple print Turkish towel in green for me and a towel for my mom for Mother's day. Besides Sweet Mango Hawaii, some of the Vendors at the event were Tidepool Love, Kahulale'a, Aloha Dreamboard, and The Writing Desk. I read that it is best to check Instagram/social media's Pineapple Patio page for the upcoming events. What a great idea and great place to get your shopping done!

Look for the pineapple sign on the left side of King Street. There are about 10 parking stalls underneath the patio and street parking on King Street. This place is used for small start up businesses such as clothing and jewelry. It's a good place to have pop up events on the open patio or in their room. Another thing that I'm thinking about is possibly holding a bridal shower here in the future. Looks like a perfect venue to rent out and cater food at. (Not necessary to get catering, but definitely an option) They also rent out their furniture and plants that they have showcased around the patio. Super cute place and hope to be back soon!

Leahi Room & Lanai - May 2025 (Mother's Day): Bacon was fantastic (love buffet/conference bacon).  This choice "prime" rib was not great (later one was good)

Fantastic view of Diamond Head. - Spicy ahi poke was terrific. - Prime rib was pretty good. They initially had a sad small overcooked choice "prime" rib. The second offering was much better. - Salmon en croute. Delicious. Not overcooked. A highlight. The Bad: - Ambiance. The Mother's Day Brunch 2025 was in the Leahi Room & Lanai side. Looks like a great place for a wedding or private party. Views are amazing. But for Mother's Day it was sad. Half filled. Looked thrown together as a money grab at the last minute. Drab. The serving line looked like a conference lunch line, not a noteworthy brunch. Not special for mom and not for $95. - Service. Slow to non-existent. One again, seemed thrown together at the last minute. No organization. No one around when you need and hardly any servers. No idea who our server was. - Bait & Switch. Menu said King Crab. Made reservations anticipating king crab. Instead they had pathetic chilled what I'm assuming was snow crab. Menu said fresh island fruits. They had pineapple. That's it. Was sad. The table next to us ended up ordering food from the Deck/Restaurant side to eat in the Leahi Room. - Parking. I know the Hotel doesn't have self parking (and no info on valet validation). They recommend the Zoo lot, but it was PACKED. Ended up parking near the Waikiki Shell and walking 15 minutes to the Deck. Lesson learned. Disappointed because the location and view are AMAZING! What an exceptional back drop for an evening wedding, graduation party, or first birthday.

We were able to rent out both the indoor and outdoor areas as a private party room, which made the whole experience feel so luxurious. They were very accommodating to our requests, and the buffet was incredibly delicious! Since the indoor space is soundproof, we were happy to play music freely. After the party, a few of us continued the fun by having drinks at the restaurant name Deck. next door. It was such a wonderful memory that really let us enjoy the feeling of being in Hawaii to the fullest!
