Our group having many Vets opted to have our group Christmas Party here. I thought it would be too small. However, after a visit I could see it would be more than adequate. We took Ballroom 1 which could be combined with Ballroom 2 to double the size. We did not need to do that. It can hold up to about 140 people, built-in audio system with 2 handheld microphones (CD, radio, ipod), podium, large screen for presentations, wireless internet interface, Kitchenette and restroom on the premises. Check the website for restrictions, booking and rates with contact information. We were allowed to bring our own food, but more importantly our own holiday spirits. I was allowed to tape a couple banners to the wall using painters tape. That made my job very easy instead of using grids to put up themed background banners for selfie picture taking There's a couple handicap parking stalls too. Parking is limited in the designated lot but there is plenty street parking for free. In the end, our club had a wonderful Christmas Party and will consider this location for many of our events. We highly recommend these rooms to everyone too. To get the rate and to find room would best fit your event go to their webpage, dial their number to get that information. Of course the sooner and farther ahead you can book a room the better chance you will have securing the venue for your event.

I didn't know that this place existed until yesterday. They had some event for veterans and I went with my husband. It was the Vet Aid '16. They had booths to inform the vets of their rights and benefits. Thanks to all the sponsors. They provided snacks, drinks, and a bento lunch. My husband also got the help he needed. This place is located at Foster Village. There's quite a few parking spaces. The rooms are huge and clean with AC. I believe that you can rent out the place for your function. I'm not sure about the cost.

Where to begin with the oahu veterans center!! Let's just say the office ladies are amazing! Go and see Joy she was VERY helpful from beginning to end for my baby's 1st birthday party! VERY ACCOMMODATING and ORGANIZED! Must I not forget she was super nice and open about any questions or concerns we had! We had the biggest hall they have the Sullivan hall let me tell you how awesome the hall was! You can't beat that it comes with free parking, tables and chairs and fridge sink and most importantly A/C!!! Let me tell you the cost is well worth your bucks!!! Thank you OVH you guys are amazing!

This place would be great for family parties, birthday parties, baby showers, recreational activities, and even private functions. Today's visit was because of the MAKAHIKI festival which my sons Cornwall and Hula Halal had performed for today. Aside of the activities for the MAKAHIKI festival, the performance was awesome. Being that they did a lot on their own by themselves for the first time they did well. HOWEVER, to hold an event & to utilize these facilities, you must have MILITARY CONNECTIONS. OF COURSE, Public access is available to civilians, but with LIMITED ACCESS to the beachfront & shores ONLY. Civilians are NOT ALLOWED to use or rent the facilities. I asked the CITY & COUNTY and they said this place IS NOT on their list & as far as for the STATE, they said they have no rental information on these facilities. So... that means... it's through MILITARY OFFICIALS ONLY! To be honest, I'm SURE military will say it's because this is "PEARL HARBOR", where their military is located, they have to take precautions to whom has access to the area. WHICH FOR ME, KINDA SUCKS because this place WAS once where my kupunas (older aunts & uncles) used swim & look for oyesters for food & pearls for jewelry/decorations, WAAY before the HARBOR was built for the military and now... a grandniece of theirs, a KANAKA, has LIMITED access to the area. As a civilian... we're FORBIDDEN from using "THEIR FACILITY". Doesn't really seem fair, doesn't it?! But that's the so called RULES. let's hope in due time there is a way to allow civilians the use of this area WITHOUT military connections. Anywho, if you have a chance to rent this spot, GO FOR IT!!!! And be sure to TAKE CARE OF THE PLACE TOO! Just because military has the say over this area, doesn't mean we should destroy or ruin the property itself. It is still OUR AINA! And Regardless if your ARE KANAKA OR NOT, just treat this place as if it was YOUR OWN HOME. And if you MISTREAT it and say that's how you'd treat your own home, then I can only imagine how embarrassed your parents must feel to have raised such a sloppy individual. POOR THING, YOU... SAD... SAD... SAD... BEING. Okie dokes... artichokes! Have a good one and thanks for reading.

From wedding receptions and baby showers to Junior Chamber of Commerce banquets and - most recently, a medical seminar... this place can transform according to the needs of the hosts! There are movable dividers that can change the size of the room, depending on the number of guests. This property in the Salt Lake district is well kept because of the members of the golf club, the housekeepers, and the groundskeepers. Outside, the grass is green and the plants are healthy. Inside, the decor could be updated, but it's functional. We parked in the members' area for free because security said no members would be coming at this time. We explained that we were here for the seminar and the gentleman was very accommodating. We were able to view the PowerPoint presentation easily because we arrived early and selected the best seats. Luckily, we brought jackets because the air-conditioning was on full blast! We helped ourselves to soft drinks in cans, ice cubes, napkins, and glassware. Later, the hot entrées, fresh fruits, cookies, and green salads were ready for us. The steamed fish, BBQ chicken, white rice, Sautéed veggies, and asparagus salad were delicious! Our used plates were taken away efficiently by the polite staff! It was nice to be back! This was a pleasant trip down memory lane!

Never thought I'd enjoy virtual golf as much as I do now…read more Last year, I signed up for a membership because I used to go to the driving range 2-3 times a week and play on the course every other week. With how much driving range prices have increased over the years, the membership has actually helped me save money each month. Being able to play 18 holes twice a week on the simulator alone makes it worth every penny. The Golfzon simulator is also the best one I've tried compared to other sims. One feature I really enjoy is being able to track my stats and review my swing analysis videos directly in the Golfzon app on my phone -- something I can't get at a regular driving range. I also enjoy the flexibility of having private late-night sessions after a long day at work. It's a great alternative to the gym and a fun way to switch things up. Bringing friends to play in the virtual league has been a blast too. On top of that, the owner, Anant, is very welcoming and accommodating. The members I've met are all different skill levels, and everyone has been super friendly and cool. This is definitely the golfing community I've been looking for.

I love that you get the whole place to yourself, the room is huge and there's a lot of things to do aside from the simulator itself. Kahi is an easygoing guy and made everything simple to understand when teaching us about how to use the simulator. We liked it so much that we signed up for membership that day. We're here maybe like once a week. It's also kid friendly! We have a 1 and 4 yr old that we bring sometimes. We always book the 2hr reservation and that gets us through an 18hole course (2 players) and time for driving range or parts of another course after. They also have an app connected with the simulator that records your swing and gives you feedback on it. It records your scores on the courses too. Booking is also super easy! Communication with the owners is also really good, they respond pretty quickly. So far they've done an outstanding job. If you love to golf, but can't go out to the courses all the time then a membership here or even just visiting here to try it out is definitely a must!
