I went to pick it up on Wednesday, only to be told it wasn't ready yet. When I explained that I had already called it in on Sunday, the employee initially said she didn't see anything in the system and told me to come back the next day. After I reminded her again that I had called in, she suddenly "found" it and told me to come back in 2 hours and that I would receive a text message when it was ready. I never received the text message they promised. I returned on Friday, and once again they couldn't locate my prescription. After more searching, they finally found it -- but they also tried to give me someone else's order at the same time. I had to explain that I only had one prescription and asked them to verify it using my phone number, not just my last name. The entire experience was very unprofessional, disorganized, and frustrating. On top of that, the drive-thru wait was over 20 minutes. For something as important as prescriptions, accuracy and communication should be a priority. This pharmacy seriously needs to improve its customer service and organization.

Hark, good folk! Lend me thine ears as I extol the virtues of our beloved Safeway! In the heart of our bustling town, this Safeway stands as a beacon of convenience and quality. From the moment one crosses its threshold, it is evident that this establishment is a cut above the rest. The aisles are wide and well-organized, making one's shopping experience both pleasant and efficient. The selection is vast, offering everything from the freshest produce to the finest cuts of meat. Each product is displayed with care, inviting customers to peruse and select with ease. The staff are the true stars of this establishment. Ever helpful and courteous, they go above and beyond to assist with a smile. Whether locating a rare ingredient or offering advice on the best deals, their dedication to service is unparalleled. Ah, the bakery! The scent of freshly baked bread and pastries fills the air, tempting even the most disciplined shopper. The deli, too, is a marvel, providing a delightful array of ready-to-eat meals that satisfy all cravings. Cleanliness is paramount, and this Safeway excels in maintaining a pristine environment. The checkouts are swift, and the self-checkout stations are a boon for those in haste. In all, this Safeway is a sanctuary for the discerning shopper, providing a delightful and stress-free experience every time. For its exceptional service, quality products, and inviting atmosphere, I bestow upon it a full 5 out of 5 stars! May it continue to serve our community with excellence for many years to come! read more

Why is it every time I come in here the manager always seems to have a stick up his ass? Besides that nobody ever greets when you enter the store like they should, everything is outdated, food close to expiration and homeless loitering around. It has great prices- some things much more than others, it's clean, and 99% of the time we have a super fast checkout experience. I go to Safeway or Lucky's occasionally to grab a few things and am always shocked by the prices because I'm so used to shopping here. Years ago, when I suggested to my husband that he check this place out he was super hesitant. But after one trip he fell in love and is hooked. Not everything is a great deal, but just about everything I buy on a regular basis is much cheaper than other stores. And no, everything you buy here is NOT expired or about to expire. There are some random items they get that are close to expiration, but generally most items still have a long shelf life. We love this store because it has the best produce quality and selection of all the GO's in the area. It's also less crowded. I've shopped here at all times of the day and on different days and never had to wait more than a few minutes to check out. I'm a vegetarian and they often have a great selection of plant-based meats way cheaper than a regular grocery store. Almond milk is also a great deal here. I often find new products that I love for steep discounts. Random items like these are usually only available for 1 or 2 weeks, so I stock up. They do have some off-brands, but many items are name brand. I still occasionally go to a regular store for specialty items, but I can usually find just about everything I need here on a regular basis, and I cook most of my meals all week. They have a large parking lot, so parking is never a problem. Download the app for coupons. I've gotten $5 off every week for the last month.
