After a refusing to wait another 2 days for my delivery, I was able to go to the warehouse and pick it up. A ring cam at my neighbors house provided more information about the delivery. I would like to discuss the situation further with customer service however... automation bots block me from doing this. Your automated system needs some work FED EX, you have good employees however you give them no support.
