The service was friendly and their timing was accurate (it was just about 10 minutes for 2 taco plates that each included 3 tacos each with rice and beans). Price was reasonable too. It was $15 for the taco plate (3 tacos, rice, beans) and that included a can of soda. Beans were very soft and certainly made with delicious lard. Rice was soft and fluffy and light in flavor (but in a good way-- it balanced the plate really well). Red salsa was like a mild/medium and was more hot than the green salsa (the green salsa had a mild heat). We tried the avocado salsa too; I could see that being amazing on a quesadilla. The avocado salsa also has some mild heat to it. The taco truck itself is fine but the area doesn't have the best ambiance (we saw a number of people out on foot at night in the nearby parking lots looking like they were possibly on drugs-- and this was when it was under 30 degrees out with some residual snow and ice on the ground from the recent storm). Nevertheless, the "ambiance" won't deter us from returning again-- and I must say as someone who previously lived in So Cal THESE were the kind of carne asada tacos my taste buds have been searching for in Reno.

I ordered three chicken tacos with spicy salsa. The total wait time after order was probably 20 - 30 minutes but it was definitely worth it. The chicken was delicious and not dry at all! The plate came with lemon slices, cucumber slices and a grilled jalepeno. The had some soda and jarrito options for drinks. I would definitely track them down and chow down on more tacos!

The burger was juicy, the fries were crispy and seasoned perfectly, and everything came out fresh and hot. The service was friendly and fast, which made the experience even better. I was overjoyed, the Carnitas from this place is some of the best I have had in years. Cooked perfection and then finished on la plancha to get those perfect crisp edges makes for just an amazing bite. chopped with just that perfect amount of onions and cilantro, I think I could eat these things until I hit food coma stage. It love the red salsa, spoon delight lightly over the top. The sauce just has a wonderful depth of flavor and a nice bite. I keep the extra for chips later! The second visit I asked for more Carnitas and I tried the al pastor, even the hubby fell in love with al pastor. The meat just so tender and juicy and full of flavor. Pleasant Valley hosted a block party and Preemos was our pick for taco truck. The line was long and the tacos were slung until they were sold out. We got some of the last tacos and boy am I glad we did! The meat was super tender, well marinated, and deliciously crisp from the griddle. Grilled tortillas, onions, cilantro, and some mighty fine salsas = deliciouso! I couldn't stop eating these tacos and will look forward to having them again.

We had them out to serve food at our annual block party and really crushed the game. There was a line the whole time and each guest was placing BIG orders for larger groups, and yet through it all, they only had to pause for a few minutes to regroup during service. I got to enjoy the asada tacos along with homemade salsa rojo and verde. The asada was super tender, which is usually my beef with this beef! It was also incredibly well marinated. The tortillas were perfectly warmed and soft too! I loved everything about these tacos!
