Had my home exterior paint work done last month. Reached out to about 10 painting contractors and had about 6 corm home to do job tour. Got quote from 4 of them. Was very specific on what paint to be used for the project. Used Sherwin Williams Emerald Rain Fresh paint and a coat of Seal-Krete. The price range was from $9500 to $3500. Worked with Daniel from Paintlosophy and got a quote as part of 4. Paintlosophy was not the lowest. However, based on description on how work will be performed, number of people, and schedule went with Paintlosophy. Price was reasonable for service rendered. Daniel was very responsive and did couple of trips with samples for us decide what color combination we would like to go. Finally picked 3 color combination with alabaster white for walls, pure white for trim, and black green color for facia, eaves, and gutter. The job was done on schedule and as described. Daniel and one more person came to do the project and lasted for 5 days including prep to cleanup. They covered all the floors all around and other outdoor furniture before painting to protect it from exposure. No mess left behind cleaned up well after job. No hidden fees or surprises. In addition to painting the interior, I also wanted the medicine cabinet in our master bathroom removed. Daniel was able to do that and made everything seamless to look like it was part of the bathroom wall. At the last minute we decided to paint the ceilings, and Daniel was able to do it and still finished the whole job within the 3 days.
