Communication started off well, and an estimator came out to review the project. I was told I'd receive a quote shortly, but never heard back. I followed up after a few days and was told I'd have something by end of day, but nothing was sent. Prices are pretty standard/average, but this crew does a spectacular job on interior and exterior paint. My folks discovered them and passed along to me. Prep and cleanup super fast. Even though estimates were similar, I was most impressed with Diego and Palacios Painting. The estimate included premium quality paint. The crew showed on time and spent two days prepping which is key to a good paint job. The finished project showed first class attention to detail which included replacing some of the trim boards and stucco repair. We had an exterior utility door replaced weeks after they finished and Diego sent painters back to finish the project. Diego and his team are very good with their paint job and completing any repairs that need to be done prior to painting. They started the job with power washing and they did it without leaving any trace, except the trace of a very clean exterior. Then they begin to make any repairs including filling in any cracks or holes before they started their paint job. They are very professional with their work, and they left no trace of paint anywhere - none of the floor, none of the windows, none that I could see and have issues with at my house. When we moved into our home, the walls were orange, yellow, and beige. We knew right away we wanted to paint our walls white to keep it looking bright and modern. Diego was very thorough when he came out to quote the job. He helped us choose the right color and suggested ways to save money. We ended up choosing a white color that would not contrast too much with our current trim and one that could be painted walls to ceiling. We skipped over closets and doors as they were already in good condition. The job was completed within the estimated time frame and his pricing was very reasonable and hard to beat. Smaller companies were asking for at least 1k more while comparable companies were asking for nearly 5k more than what Diego charged us.
